“Nothing bad to say about this Costco. This has been my stomping grounds for over 20+ years. I know .any of the employees by first name and it always a pleasure to see them. Great Costco and excellent staff.”
“What a beautiful department store! Was in the area for a wedding and stopped in. Beautiful baby and kids section. Very friendly and welcoming people. Show this and mortar store a little love.”
“Was looking for more sports riding gear. Unfortunately nothing close but this store is more like clothing and small camping and simple outdoor equipment. REI would br 2-3x more in various equipment.”

“Love this place. Go once a week; kind of addicted. Totally worth getting their credit card. I banked my rewards and it paid for my Christmas presents for four people last year! They have lots of cute fall handsoaps and Halloween decorations out now as well! Nice Spring wreaths.”
“I haven't been to kohl's in a long time. I was looking for a particular item, couldn't find it. also couldn't find anyone to ask. That was a little frustrating. Also discovered that they took out all the price scanners. Waited in line for 10-15 minutes because they only had 2 registers open and the customers had some type of issues other than just a simple purchase. This is why I dont go often.”

“I used this location a bit when I worked in Novi for over a decade. They have convenient Amazon returns at this location. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. There is always some kind of sale going on here. Only complaint is that the coupons you get for the store for making a return have almost never actually worked on a product that I bought at the same visit. Plenty of free parking here.”

“I love this combination store and I really like the location. Depending on the day it can be so busy it's hard to navigate. And also some days it can be really messy. Though the home goods side is pretty large it's not my favorite HomeGoods. The Marshalls has great kids stuff, and it has great men's stuff. I do like that to check out line is combined seems that the line is always moving pretty quickly opposed to all the other stores. Also I love home goods for stationery type supplies and this location does not have a lot of stationary. Their wall art section is dismal but tons and tons of organizing and kitchen items.”

“Lesleigh was so kind and helpful with the purchase of my granddaughters winter coat. Super kind lady, makes me happy to see caring customer service staff. She made morning ?”
“They are a little bit more expensive than Home Depot but the ladies working there are very helpful and friendly. They also sell some things chain hardware stores don’t.”
“I wasn’t able to get into my normal hair lady and decided to try JCPenny and was so happy with it! I had Becky and she was very sweet and lovely to talk to and did a great job on my hair. I did full highlights and a trim and it came out amazing. Will definitely be back to see her again!”
“I visited the store yesterday, I only came for one product that they didnt sell in store, I was there quite a while but got stopped by Michigan 1st rep that was nice promoting services but my favorite experience here was shopping in fashion... I found alot of extremely great buys and got exceptional sevice from Destiny, she is a true professional and was very patient & kind she is representing Walmarts very well and shrle would be the reason why I would continue to shop at this location! Kudos to Destiny ... I hope Walmarts is treating you well, you deserve the best and a raise😉😊😇”

“Ban provided good customer service during my shopping trip. I was purchasing some outfits for vacation, so I tried on about 25-30 items. She pitched the credit card to me. Although I declined, I appreciate that she took the time to speak to me about it. I appreciate employees who value customers and actually do their jobs instead of acting like you’re a burden to them.”
“This store was uncommonly poorly stocked today. Basic items were extremely limited or unavailable. The store was clean and well lit and the check out was quick and easy.”

“Five Below is such a fun place to shop! Amazing items at unbeatable prices. From home decor and tech accessories to snacks and toys, there’s always something exciting to find.
The store is well-organized, and the variety is impressive for the price point. It’s the perfect spot for picking up gifts, essentials, or just treating yourself without spending too much. We picked up a beach umbrella, beach shoes, hair accessories, and some adorable toys for my nieces and nephew all in one stop and all at great prices.Definitely one of my favorite budget-friendly stores!”
“The store is clean, organized, and the staff is friendly. I do like some of the brands they carry, which keeps me coming back. That said, I personally think the Kohl’s Cash and constant discounts feel a bit gimmicky, and it can be confusing to figure out the best way to use them. Overall, still a decent place to shop if you’re looking for specific brands.”

“Darius was such a pleasure at the register! He was cheerful, friendly, and genuinely kind, which made my shopping experience even better. I was doing a big back to school shopping trip for my kids and had quite a lot of items, but Darius was so patient and pleasant throughout checkout. It’s always nice to come across someone who makes even a simple checkout experience feel welcoming.Thank you, Darius, for your great attitude and wonderful customer service!”
“I would like to leave a kudos for two of the team members here, Quincy and Betty.
Betty went out of her way to track down an item for my daughter and I yesterday and she did it with patience and a smile on her face. We ended up getting exactly what we were looking for. Thank you!!
Quincy is our check-out clerk sometimes. Yesterday, my daughter, who is five, was using her own cash to purchase an item. Quincy was very kind and patient with her, and helped her understand the change he was giving back to her. Thank you!!”

“My mom like to frequent Kohl's - they have decent prices on clothing plus they have what you need when it comes to fashion. I noticed they had Nike socks here so I decided to buy some more for myself as a Black Friday gift.”
“i love all the squishes that are there but one thing is i don’t like how it’s ALL gone when i come? I wish they keep some in the back! then i could just ask and MAYBE they’ll have some?”
“Very helpful staff in the pharmacy and in the Women's Department today. The u scan attendant is always cordial and not staring at his phone like at another Meijer store (near work) that I also frequent often.”
“Meijer, literally, has EVERYTHING I could ever want. Great produce, amazing wine selection, meats are cut just right, my favorite brands, fun clothing styles, easy in and out. Best part? Every day prices are easily in my budget.”
“One of the biggest Target around. You usually can find what you are looking for. Usually can find someone to help you and have enough check out lanes open.Good selection of bath bombs, gels, and soaks. Stuff you can't find else where. Large pet department with the cat stuff getting almost the same shelf space which is not the norm. I just wish they had more choices of women's clothing for those of us who prefer a more classic style. While the grocery section is more limited than a regular one, you can at least a few items in category you are looking for. Great place to find cheaper holiday stuff. Always spend TOO much every time I come”
“Always a wide selection of desserts to choose from. Reasonable prices. All of my babies always wants a variety of things at the bakery. Makes really nice Birthday cakes in a timely manner as well. ❤️❤️❤️????”
