“Super excited to find what I was looking for at a great price. This store has some excellent outdoor merchandise. Managed to find a three piece concrete dragon statue. Great artwork, statues and collectibles for reasonable prices. I wish I lived closer but it's worth the drive. Employees at checkout are courteous and helpful. They carefully wrap your purchases for protection too. Excellent location.”

“Was trying to exchange gifts I had received; however, they did not have my size. Robert in the shoe department was extremely helpful. He even tried checking other stores and online for me, to no avail. I did not have "gift" receipts for the shoes and 2 pairs of jeans I needed to exchange. I ended up getting Kohl's gift cards that had no expiration. They were on sale, which caused a few dollars less on the cards. Robert was so helpful and kind. Even told me to come back on Wednesday; it's Senior's Day lol for me.”

“I ordered $900 heels that I needed for this weekend and when they arrived I thought they were a pair that the store used for people to try on bc the bottom was scuffed and “worn” looking but the heel was fine and the shoe sticker was in new condition so I was like ok they aren’t used but the bottom is just messed up but I’m defiantly not gonna accept it and didn’t want to even bother to call Nordstrom.com and waste a few hours of yelling at them for a $20 e-gift card or maybe even less compensation so I decided to just return them and take the loss and be humble and get an average priced heel for my event, when I tried to return them obviously the sales person (wish I remembered his name bc he always helps me and also exceeds my expectations) needed to call a manager, the manager claimed that someone taped the bottom wore them and returned them, I was so confused bc even if someone wore them how do they still look “new”, George the manager exceeded my expectations and actually showed concern by both of us going back and fourth assuming what happened and he wanted to find a resolution although deep down both of us knew there wasn’t one. I already have low expectations in multiple areas at Nordstrom instore (mostly somerset) and online, so for George to actually care and be just as confused as how these got to my door in this condition is something that I’m not used and I felt so much better and appreciate the customer service I received today, thanks George and the other guy that helped me tonight.
My kid also wanted a ballon but there were no pink ones out and there was 1 sales person helping someone and I didn’t want to wait so I asked a lady that had a phone scanner in her hand and this lovely lady said she hasn’t made a ballon but she’ll try for us and she actually went in the back and came out with a pink ballon for us, absolutely changed my expectations of Nordstrom after dealing with this location today, thank you so so so much for the GREAT service!”

“Shopping here never disappoint! From the winter sweaters to the body washes, face creams I feel like a kid in a candy store!
Clothing selections are nice. Store easy to navigate without bumping into other shoppers.
Checkout lines are usually long. They need more cashiers especially during holiday shopping.
Still reasonable prices on clothes..not sure if Trump's tariffs affect clothing prices!”

“I had an awesome experience at JCPenney thanks to Felicia in the jewelry department. She was super friendly, patient, she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. If you’re shopping for jewelry, definitely ask for Felicia, can’t say the same for the “manager”. He was very dismissive and even needed help to look up our account. If you ask me, Felicia should be the Manager, cause thanks to her I still gave a 5 star.”

“For the last few visits I have cashed out with an employee by the name of Ann Marie. She's always kind and offer a warm greeting. She keeps a smile on her face and fully engage me throughout my tranmission. Today the store was extremely busy. Ann Marie was as if it was a normal day. I've been in management in retail for years. Employee's like these in this day and time are hard to fi d and keep.”

“Christine in the bakery department is amazing with customer service & just her kindness alone is unmatched.. my cake order was declined after Novi experienced the water issues on March 7th which is totally understand and they were unable to make my order. Christine called me early Saturday morning to let me know they can’t make it but she figured out a way to get me a spider man cake for my sons she pulled it off for me and took a lot of stress of my day with a sheet cake pre mad with spider man accessories! Turned out super cute! she’s amazingly kind & very helpful. I will be back to see in my future bakery orders & just to stop by and say hi! I definitely recommend asking for her if you need help with a bakery order!”

“When I was a kid, my mother used to drag me to Nordstrom she would be shopping for clothes and hold her handbag while she tried on clothes. Being a young boy I hated that. I found it so embarrassing. Looking back it's quite fun memories for me.

I'm now a senior citizen and my mother wanted to go shopping at the Nordstrom rack. So I took her. It was my first time at the Rack.

First off, I was surprised they sell men's clothes and shoes. My Nordstrom experience as a youth was ladies clothes. The Rock seems to have a nice selection of dress clothes for men and women. I have no idea how they determine their prices. They have excellent deals,as good as anyone -let's say Sears, rest in peace. And then they go schizophrenic thinking they're the Louis Vuitton store. At a discount store I'm not paying $50 -$100 for a men's polo shirt. Nor am I paying $700 for a men's suit. And I know men's suits -like designer suits that cost in the low for figures. And these are not $700 suits. Though I found some nice blazers at just over $100. And I found some beautiful men's shoes, hand-stitched from a New York designer at Walmart pricing.

Both my mom and I scored. Looking at their price tags causes me 2 dichotomous, extreme states of mind. The first one is they're going to cause me to have a heart attack or a stroke. I will kill myself before I spend that kind of money for their stock. And the other one is if I pay for this it's still stealing.

So what can we get from my diatribe? The person or person responsible for putting the prices on the items are schizophrenic. One of their personalities works for Walmart as a pricer. Their other personality thinks they work at Louis Vuitton.

If you like expensive, higher-end designer colognes and perfumes they have fantastic deals on the travel size of those containers. Everybody likes to smell good. Even stinky people. So for their colognes and perfumes alone, everybody should check out the Rack.

And in closing, they have a public bathroom. And that was nice for my mom because she's now 100 years old. And just like everybody likes to smell good they also like to go to the bathroom..
