“I used this location a bit when I worked in Novi for over a decade. They have convenient Amazon returns at this location. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. There is always some kind of sale going on here. Only complaint is that the coupons you get for the store for making a return have almost never actually worked on a product that I bought at the same visit. Plenty of free parking here.”

“I visited the store yesterday, I only came for one product that they didnt sell in store, I was there quite a while but got stopped by Michigan 1st rep that was nice promoting services but my favorite experience here was shopping in fashion... I found alot of extremely great buys and got exceptional sevice from Destiny, she is a true professional and was very patient & kind she is representing Walmarts very well and shrle would be the reason why I would continue to shop at this location! “Top brands, half the price. If you're too poor to buy cheap like me this is the place to go. Reasonable prices for stuff that lasts! Lots of clothing, purses, and shoes. They have men's, kids, and women's clothing and shoes. Small home goods, Jewelry, and travel sections.
They always have new stuff, clean store, helpful staff, and great clearance!”

“For the last few visits I have cashed out with an employee by the name of Ann Marie. She's always kind and offer a warm greeting. She keeps a smile on her face and fully engage me throughout my tranmission. Today the store was extremely busy. Ann Marie was as if it was a normal day. I've been in management in retail for years. Employee's like these in this day and time are hard to fi d and keep.”

“Christine in the bakery department is amazing with customer service & just her kindness alone is unmatched.. my cake order was declined after Novi experienced the water issues on March 7th which is totally understand and they were unable to make my order. Christine called me early Saturday morning to let me know they can’t make it but she figured out a way to get me a spider man cake for my sons she pulled it off for me and took a lot of stress of my day with a sheet cake pre mad with spider man accessories! Turned out super cute! she’s amazingly kind & very helpful. I will be back to see in my future bakery orders & just to stop by and say hi! I definitely recommend asking for her if you need help with a bakery order!”
