They don't try to sell you anything they supply everything a cell phone owner would need at extremely discounted prices. This door has 2 of the most friendly men I've ever met and they were so helpful in teaching me a few things I didn't know I highly suggest the store I know I'll be sending every one I know. I sold him my old iPhone 13 but couldn’t get everything to transfer right away so he let me take it home until everything was taken care of. I appreciated that a lot so i didn’t have to wait at the store trying to get it figured out.

“I cannot say enough good things about Kaitlin Kelly, store manager at the commerce location.
My husband and I were in the middle of having new fiber installed when a third-party company, who we thought were directly with AT&T came to our door and convinced us to upgrade our phones and transfer our service from Verizon to AT&T. Unfortunately, we later found out they were not directly with AT&T, and what we had been promised did not align with reality. We were facing an extremely high bill and a very stressful situation.
That’s when Kaitlin stepped in.
She went above and beyond to review everything, explain our options clearly, and fix the mess that had been created. She was honest, transparent, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to make sure we understood exactly what was happening and worked quickly to get us back up and running. Most importantly, she saved us from what would have been a significant financial hardship.

“5.14.24 I took my old I phone into the store because I was unable to transfer the date, I have to admit I couldn't follow the directions and I was frustrated. JACOB welcomed me and did all the transferring. I was amazed at how quickly he did it. I would still be doing it if I hadn't gone in. He explained what he was doing and told me if I had any questions or concerns to come back. He was very knowledgeable about things and I felt so happy when I left.
