I go to a lot of veterinary clinics for my job, and I can honestly say Walled Lake Veterinary Hospital stands out as one of the best. From the front desk to the medical team, everyone is welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do.
Dr. Burns, in particular, is fantastic. He’s extremely personable, genuinely funny, and incredibly easy to work with. He has a great way of putting both pets and their owners at ease, while still being thorough, professional, and informative. You never feel rushed, and he takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense and builds trust.
The entire hospital operates with a level of care and organization that you don’t always see. Whether it’s routine visits or more involved care, they consistently deliver a great experience and treat every pet like their own.
Based on both my professional exposure to many clinics and my personal experience, I would absolutely recommend Walled Lake Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate veterinary care.

My boyfriend got the Twix flavor and I got vanilla with sprinkles. We were a little disappointed by the limited flavor selection. The biggest plus is the location. It’s right by the lake, which makes it a nice stop while you’re in the area.
