Novi Feed LLC.
43963 Grand River Ave, NoviI've rented U-Hauls from this location twice, both when I was moving in and now when I am moving out of my apartment. Each time I had a good experience. This time in particular, U-Haul was unclear on my pickup time (not Novi Feed's fault) and the two gentlemen who were there, Jared and Brendan, made sure I could get my rental as early as possible instead of waiting.

Dr. DeSana was extremely thorough of my dog’s condition and answered all of my questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at a cardiologist. Thank you team for everything you do! The technician (I sadly forgot her name) was so sweet and even took my girl to treatment in her favorite flower bed :)

Briarpointe Veterinary Clinic
47330 West 10 Mile Road, NoviWe’ve been coming here since our dog Koda was a pup. We’ve had three moves since then and they are still my go to call for all things Koda. Today, Daniel helped us tremendously when I thought Koda was suffering from a bee sting .5 miles out on a run from our home. Daniel was calm, knowledgeable, and ensured I was able to get the support I needed in a time where I was completely frazzled. We don’t live nearby anymore but if you’re thinking of a vet and came across them look no further. To the team at Briarpointe, thank you! Daniel, thank you!

Animal Emergency Center - Novi
24360 Novi Road Ste a, NoviWe had another emergency with our cat who happens to be 19. We were scared and thought this might be the end for Pickle. Thankfully the staff was able to help him and we took him home that night. Everyone there was very nice and kind and explained what our options were. The place is very clean and comfortable. The price was not cheap, but unexpected being it was an emergency visit and everything that they did for him. I would highly recommend this place.

Lakeview Bar & Grill
43393 West 13 Mile Road, NoviWe had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived—everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome.
The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. The overall value for money was excellent, especially considering the quality of both the food and the service.
The location near the lake creates a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect place to spend the evening. We visited on a Saturday, and they hosted a quiz night, which was a lot of fun and added to the unique experience.

O'SUSHI NOVI KOREAN BBQ & JAPANESE CUISINE
41563 West 10 Mile Road, NoviAs someone living in California, I have to say that this restaurant does an incredible job of capturing the authentic flavors of Korean cuisine. I honestly think this restaurant could be moved right to where I live in California and would fit in perfectly without feeling out of place at all.
The warm, family-like service made me feel so comfortable, almost as if I were relaxing in a Korean home. Everything about the atmosphere felt familiar and welcoming.
Unfortunately, I’ll be heading back to California soon, but if I get the chance, I would absolutely love to visit again. I sincerely wish you continued success and hope your restaurant continues to prosper! ❤

Outback Steakhouse
48020 Grand River Avenue, NoviMy family and I visited Outback Steakhouse in Novi when we lost power for two days straight at home, and were in desperate need of a nice hot meal. Kristen was our server and she offered us the most exceptional, friendliest, and cheerfully personable experience we could’ve hoped for! She was respectful and had a great sense of humor! Our appetizers and meals were served hot, fresh, and delicious! Our beverages were served ice cold and refilled without ever having to ask, and our daughter was even given a little Outback koala bear “duckie” to take home when another supercell storm rolled through the area while we were dining there. Despite the lights flickering from the storm lol we had an incredible dining experience and couldn’t have asked for a better server than Kristen! This location is our favorite and we will absolutely be visiting again soon! Thank you so much! :)
