“Love dropping off packages here! Quick and easy to drop off USPS, UPS, and FedEx packages all at one store. Online returns with labels are also accepted, which saves a lot of time and hassle. Plenty of parking and the store is clean. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They also sell boxes, packaging supplies and stamps.”

“If you simply need to drop off a prepaid/pre-labeled UPS package and have a prescription to pick up or some other CVS items, this is definitely convenient.
Very easy, very fast. And as stated if have to stop here anyway, saves you an extra stop at UPS.
Although I have not done so, but my understanding is you can have UPS drop off packages for you here for little extra security, instead of leaving on a porch.”

“I visited this location on December 20th and yes there was a line. If you expect there to not be a line to ship packages during the holidays, you're an idiot. Paul was incredibly helpful and friendly in shipping out my 3 packages. There were a lot of people waiting but he gave me his full attention and made sure that all of my packages were going to fit into the right size boxes. He double checked my addresses and phone numbers and made sure I had all my tracking information before I left. All of the other employees were also working super diligently, either helping other customers or taking phone calls. There was even an employee from a different location helping out. This crew is outstanding and I can sing their praises enough.”

“Highly Recommended. We requested a courier service for cargo pickup from the airport. We had delays and other issues through the cargo service but Quick Send Delivery was understanding and quickly adjusted to the new times without charging us any fees. We will definitely use them again after the quality of service and no hidden or additional fees. Another plus is they constantly stayed in communication through the process which relieves the stress with these situations.”

“I usually dont write a lot of reviews unless I get super mad lol or very impressed. But I want to say that this UPS has the nicest staff of any UPS or post office. I go here quite a bit to return my amazon items and every interaction has been the same.”
“Over the years I have had many many cases of wine shipped to this FedEx store and held for pick-up due to the close proximity to my house. The wine has always arrived safe and I have gotten text notifications to advise me when they are available for pickup which is a nice feature of the FedEx system. The thing I have always noted about this location is the friendly attitude at the pick up counter, which is much appreciated especially when you consider it is usually woman that are hauling my heavy boxes of wine from the back with never a complaint. The smiles I get and occasional friendly banter on where is the party is most commendable considering they are moving boxes around all day long and many of them heavy like mine. Aside from the obvious shipping business this location also has workstations, printing services, faxing, stationary and presentation materials for sale at this location. These other services are sometimes overlooked as they are not the first thing to come to mind when you think FedEx.....”

“It was impeccable. The agent that I talked to was friendly, conversant, intelligent, and handle every issue within seconds I was so very impressed with her. I don’t remember her name. She was older African-American female with a grayish hair. I hate to guess a woman’s age, but I’m guessing in her 60s and she deserves a round of applause for her great service. She’s the kind of person I would hire in a minute for my own business.”

“Not only did they print my label for free, but they offered to take my mail and send it out with theirs for USPS. They went above and beyond any service at the post office had came close to the gentleman working in the morning shift of October 6 were excellent!”
“Got there early on a Sat. morning. Someone took care of me pretty fast. Asked for a reciept. No paper. Employee went to the back to get more paper. After 4 or 5 minutes returned, couldn't find any paper to print a receipt. So I took a picture of my return label and left after employee apologized. Seems extra paper should be avaliable near the printer at all times.”
