“By the time I ran several errands, hauling my walker and self in and out of my car, I was wiped out. But, I needed to return equipment left over after a move to this area. Bianca actually came out to my car to see if she could help. She did more than I knew I needed. I hadn't realized that starting in a new address actually opened up a second account. My old address was still active. She dealt with closing that AND accepting the equipment....all while standing outside my car and going in and out of the store with me staying in the car. She made my day so much easier, physically, doing so with a smile and a caring heart. Visiting a Comcast store isn't always easy (even with helpful people in the past), but she made the location 5-star!”
“T-Mobile is the carrier for the masses. It all depends on what store and what employees at that store you encounter. Some are very knowledgeable while others just try to sell, sell, sell and things may not be the best product for you. If something doesn’t feel right or you haven’t really looked over the terms of a contract DON’T SIGN.”

“We went in to upgrade my daughter's phone. We walked out with two new phones, a new line of aervice and a lower monthly payment than we have been paying. I don't know how but the employee was able to find deals that I was not aware of. I was going to upgrade her phone through the app but I am glad I did not! The employees were professional and courteous and told me to always come to a store before upgrading. From now on I will heed their advice.”
“I never had much problems with AT&T, but I’ve never been satisfied with the reception at my house. I’ve always kind of just accepted it. It’s just kind of weird because overall reception is decent and reliable but in just like my own street, I can’t get a signal for anything as of this post. Verizon is holding a trade in smart phone deal for a brand new iPhone so my wife and I went there on a whim Because Verizon‘s website is very hard to understand when it comes to plans and pricing. We had the pleasure to meet with Cameron who did an excellent job at explaining in detail how all the plans and pricing works. Additionally I ask a lot of questions and he was able to answer all of them beyond my expectations. He made the transition easy. Oh yeah, so Verizon works way better at my house and ultra wide band is kinda mind blowing. We traded in our old phones and got newest models for free!! We had to pick the top tier plan but it’s the same price as att. Thanks again Cameron for being so pleasant and helping us get new phones :)”
