“It was a great experience from Alec at the car rental ( who did a great job ) to the drop off person ( I don't know her name ) unfortunately. The time before this was through another car rental at Detroit Metro Airport they were absolutely horrible swore I would never use them again so this time I liked the reviews at Enterprise and went with Enterprise and what a good move that was.
I would highly recommend Enterprise to all who need a rental and believe me they are now my first rental car company.
Again thanks for your prices and speed and courteous people working for Enterprise.

“I found out last minute, that I would need to get a rental car after I landed in the Detroit Wayne Airport. I expected to wait a long time to get a car, since I did not have a reservation. However, that was not the case at all. The National team members were very friendly, and as a National Emerald Club member, they were super accommodating and let me pick my vehicle quickly and easily and get on the road promptly. They treated me like I was a family member or an old friend. Checking back in was also a breeze. It did take a while for the shuttle bus to arrive and take me back to the airport for my return flight, but all in all, I am very satisfied with the National team at the Detroit Wayne Airport. Well done!”

I did, and they had something more suitable for me. I took the tank back, and they exchanged it for a midsized SUV. I was most appreciative.”

I had a fantastic experience at the Hertz in Canton thanks to Lanise. She was running the entire location by herself—cleaning the cars, retrieving them, and handling all the check-ins and paperwork—and somehow still managed to stay calm, friendly, and professional throughout.
You could tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the customer experience. Even while juggling everything solo, she stayed pleasant and helpful the entire time. That kind of work ethic and attitude is rare.
Hertz, please recognize this woman. Lanise is doing the work of multiple people and still going above and beyond. She absolutely deserves a raise and support.”
“I was dropped off an hour earlier and expected to wait for my car. Staff processed my electronic paperwork and I was off in my rental car in 20 minutes. Great upgraded full sized car too. Very gas efficient. When I returned the car, staff was friendly and quick to check it out. Great car for a couple of days and great experience. Btw, I took pictures of the car before and after.. just in case an issue came up. No problems though. I have rented from this location before and they are 4/4 great.”

“A few weeks before needing it, I reserved a compact SUV from the Middlebelt Rd Budget Car Rental for a week long vacation. When I arrived to pickup on a Thursday morning (this location opens at 7AM during the week), they had plenty of cars in their lot and there was no line inside. The agent was on the phone but quickly ended his call to assist me. He was welcoming, friendly, and took care of me quickly. He added another driver with no problem (they were present with ID) and walked us outside to show us the vehicle. He had us do a walk around and sign a form showing there was no damage to the vehicle and I was on my way.The car itself was in the same class as I had reserved, was washed, cleaned, and had no smell on the inside. It was a great vehicle with 30K+ miles and performed as expected.The return went just as nicely with a different gentleman assisting the drop off. Again - there was no line, he was friendly, courteous, and provided a receipt for the drop off, and thanked me.Both customer service interactions as well as an excellent vehicle experience has put this Budget location on my list for future rental car needs. Great job!”

The only downside was that I just found out today there is am option, you can return the key after hours by dropping it in the express box.

“The lady who waited on me was so helpful and friendly. I wish I caught her name so I could give her credit. She was fast, polite, complimentary and efficient. Her boss actually came over when she was helping me and started reprimanding her for not standing up while she was working. She was doing an excellent job sitting down. I saw more of a problem with her being lectured in front of clients. Any way, the car was clean and I was happy.”
