Where do I start, well let’s start with these one star reviews because I think that they were just having bad days which is no reason to leave a bad review, I’m looking at you jovinne and Kaitlyn ?.
Let’s break this down, first I got in contact with this company through my dealership, a completely dependent business away from the dealership, I think it’s wonderful the dealerships have these guys checking and giving accurate information about your windshield.
My appointment was made the next day, I mean these guys walked me through the insurance. The only think I had to do was give the insurance company my name and approve the work. THATS IT! They handled the rest.
I got a text the next day saying where to go when I came back to have it replaced! I mean the lever of service so far is by far the best I’ve ever seen.
Everyone from the initial person to tell me about the service to the actual tech doing the work was super helpful and wonderfully nice, I mean I just don’t understand the TWO one star reviews. That’s how you know they were just having a bad day when they wrote the review.”

“I had an Andersen double pane casement window with a broken seal. Setting up an appointment was easy. The estimator with professional experience showed up, confirmed the pane could be replaced (a thirty year old window) and took measurements. The replacement was ordered and a great crew was sent to do the replacement. They were efficient and it was obvious they were experienced. The cost was fair for the scope of work. Highly recommended and saved me the cost of replacing the entire window frame.”

I absolutely appreciate that everyone at Gerber Collison here in Novi kept me informed with actual phone calls on the progress of my vehicle repairs. “I have a 2021 Toyota Venza with the Stargaze glass roof. A stone cracked the glass and finding a shop to do the repair was challenging. The electro chromatic glass is very large and expensive. Luckily insurance covered it minus the deductible. Sunroof Express recommended Suburban Auto Trim and Glass. I am glad they did because their team did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier with the results. It looks like it did from the factory. I would highly recommend them based on the results they delivered to me.”

“I had a bent rim on one of my tires and thought I was going to have to buy a new rim and tire. I gave this location a call and they told me to bring the tire in for them to look at. Within about 30 minutes I got a call saying they had fixed the rim and the tire was holding air. I was very pleasantly surprised and grateful for their help! Everyone I talked to was super kind and helpful throughout the process.”
