They walked me thru the entire process, we're honest and open, really made the stress of it all manageable. In the end my car is good as new and I'm happy and thankful to have worked with this shop. Dewayne was the best to work with! Hopefully i never need to get work done again, but if so this will be where I go!”

“I originally went to the Glass Doctor in Warren, MI to replace a 36 inch round framed mirror. Ken told me that it would take a few days to repair. I was surprised when I was called the next day that it was ready.
I was very happy with the repair.
At the time of pick up, I asked that the company could come out and give me a quote for replacing a 4 foot sliding door window and a side window due to the seals being compromised.
I liked the quote and scheduled the installation. Upon arrival, Tim and Chris were able to replace the windows in a timely manner and cleaned everything up before they left. Chris did mention not to wash the new windows that day.
I enjoy the whole experience from start to finish!!
I look forward to working with the Glass Doctor of Warren, MI again for new shower doors.”

“I had an Andersen double pane casement window with a broken seal. Setting up an appointment was easy. The estimator with professional experience showed up, confirmed the pane could be replaced (a thirty year old window) and took measurements. The replacement was ordered and a great crew was sent to do the replacement. They were efficient and it was obvious they were experienced. The cost was fair for the scope of work. Highly recommended and saved me the cost of replacing the entire window frame.”

“A baseball recently fell from out of the heavens and smashed my moonroof. I made an insurance claim to have it fixed, the process led me step by step eventually to this cozy family ran shoppe. The guy (Dave) that runs the shoppe and his dad couldn't have been any nicer, responsive, professional or nicer. I called, Dave answered right away, questions asked by me were answered straight away. My vehicle was dropped off one day and picked up the next. I highly recommend this shoppe that was super easy to find, clean, well lit and maintained. “Pretty solid place if you need to get any work done on your tires.
Exceptional customer service, every time I have visited the place. Great prices and relatively fast work. Brought in one of my cars once for a leaky tire, and they repaired it free. Recently had to have 2 tires replaced because the tread was too worn out. Dropped it off without an appointment and they had it done in only couple of hours. Times may vary, because they can get really busy. Orchard and Maple place is a busy intersection.
The only con to this place in my opinion, is that the parking is a bit tight. Sometimes it can get really hard to find a spot.
Otherwise, very satisfied with their work. 10/10 will have my business again.”
