“I’ve been a member with Genisys since I was a teenager (I’m almost 29 now). I’ve always been super happy to have them as my credit union. They really do care about helping you with your financial situation and hearing any concerns you may have. So far, I have not encountered a branch of theirs that I didn’t like. The White Lake branch in particular though really stands out to me because of rep Lauren LaBelle. She is super awesome; not only because she is enthusiastic and really cares about her job, but she’s also a very compassionate, caring and understanding person. I came to the branch earlier today and expressed to her how I was struggling heavily with some financial burdens that I had caused myself and she listened to me thoroughly, never judging me one time. She encouraged me to create a plan for myself, to remain strong and focused; even to find work that brings me real peace and happiness. She truly is a gem. Thank you Lauren and thank you Genisys for all you guys do for me and for everyone! Keep up the great work!”

“Amanda Moore is hands down the best. Every single problem i’ve ever had she has gone above and beyond. I had an issue with fraud, she was on it and would follow up with me as much as possible. Recently my card would decline while trying to make investments and i’ve reached out to someone in the Genisys Chat through the app and nothing was solved. I had done this 4 times until I went in and Amanda seemed to find the issue and got it solved so fast. Thank you again!”

“I've been a member for 30 years and this branch is hands down the best one I've ever been to. When giving out raises this year, this branch staff should get a raise across the board. Josh is doing the lords work by having to deal with myself and my family. The branch decor was improved greatly this year when they replaced the eye sore of a missing mini fridge in the lobby with a brand new, working, somewhat stocked mini fridge of water. Studies have shown that 10% more loans are originated when there is a full service coffee bar in a bank lobby - something to think about for 2025 branch investment allocations. Seriously: A big thank you to the entire Wixom branch staff for all of their extra effort, constant patience, and general upbeat attitude. Keep up the great work!”
