“Grace was fantastic. She quickly found my claim and got me in a rental (even though I showed up without a reservation). She stayed cool, calm and collected despite it being 8:01 Monday morning with 7 people in line and a phone that wouldn't stop ringing.”
“We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Enterprise in Highland! Logan provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, and Logan definitely deserves recognition for his outstanding work. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this location!”

“I’ve used the Avis location in Farmington Hills, Michigan primarily for business travel, with a few personal rentals mixed in over the years, and the experience has consistently been outstanding. The staff (Heather) is always professional, friendly, and efficient, which makes a huge difference when traveling frequently for work.
The vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready on time, and the entire rental and return process is smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciate how accommodating the team is when schedules change or when I need a vehicle on short notice.
What really sets this location apart is the customer service. The employees genuinely care about making sure customers are taken care of, and that level of consistency is rare these days. Whether for business or personal use, this Avis location has earned my trust and continued loyalty.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for dependable service and a stress-free rental experience.”
“I had an outstanding experience with Budget Car Rental. Heather greeted me when I arrived to rent the car. She was quick, efficient, and friendly. She made it super easy. The car was clean both inside and out.
Returning the car was even easier. Once again, Heather was there to greet me. Minutes later, I was on my way home.
I highly recommend Budget Car Rental, Grand River, Farmington.”

“Our corporate office put a request for a rental 2 months after the accident. I called the office and spoke with Braeden. He was so understanding and went above to find a vehicle that we needed 2 months ago. He was quick and sending me information that I sent to our fleet rep. I never had to rent a vehicle before (personal or work) and I hear the horror stories so he cleared all my misconceptions out of the way. Thank you!”
