“Nothing bad to say about this Costco. This has been my stomping grounds for over 20+ years. I know .any of the employees by first name and it always a pleasure to see them. Great Costco and excellent staff.”

“Was looking for more sports riding gear. Unfortunately nothing close but this store is more like clothing and small camping and simple outdoor equipment. REI would br 2-3x more in various equipment.”

“Love this place. Go once a week; kind of addicted. Totally worth getting their credit card. I banked my rewards and it paid for my Christmas presents for four people last year! They have lots of cute fall handsoaps and Halloween decorations out now as well! Nice Spring wreaths.”
“I haven't been to kohl's in a long time. I was looking for a particular item, couldn't find it. also couldn't find anyone to ask. That was a little frustrating. Also discovered that they took out all the price scanners. Waited in line for 10-15 minutes because they only had 2 registers open and the customers had some type of issues other than just a simple purchase. This is why I dont go often.”

“Kelly in Jewelry was awesome, and very helpful. Even talked about trips up north and how beautiful upper michigan is. My girlfriend loves the bracelet, I really appreciate the assistance from Kelly.”
“I used this location a bit when I worked in Novi for over a decade. They have convenient Amazon returns at this location. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. There is always some kind of sale going on here. Only complaint is that the coupons you get for the store for making a return have almost never actually worked on a product that I bought at the same visit. Plenty of free parking here.”
“The staff is wonderful I just wish the prices would come down on the feed lot of people can't afford to feed their animals anymore and are getting rid of them.”

“Today I want to give a special compliment to the most amazing woman her name is LONDON ❤.. I tried on a couple cute zip ups from the sale area and I set my purse on the counter not thinking and walked away with my clothes to buy . I noticed my purse missing omg I was all over asking people to look around… the. I seen LONDON and in a panic I told her she went real fast over to her area and said here it is❤… thank you sooo very much special lady I hope good things for you and the biggest hug”
“They are a little bit more expensive than Home Depot but the ladies working there are very helpful and friendly. They also sell some things chain hardware stores don’t.”
“I wasn’t able to get into my normal hair lady and decided to try JCPenny and was so happy with it! I had Becky and she was very sweet and lovely to talk to and did a great job on my hair. I did full highlights and a trim and it came out amazing. Will definitely be back to see her again!”

“Ban provided good customer service during my shopping trip. I was purchasing some outfits for vacation, so I tried on about 25-30 items. She pitched the credit card to me. Although I declined, I appreciate that she took the time to speak to me about it. I appreciate employees who value customers and actually do their jobs instead of acting like you’re a burden to them.”
“I visited the store yesterday, I only came for one product that they didnt sell in store, I was there quite a while but got stopped by Michigan 1st rep that was nice promoting services but my favorite experience here was shopping in fashion... I found alot of extremely great buys and got exceptional sevice from Destiny, she is a true professional and was very patient & kind she is representing Walmarts very well and shrle would be the reason why I would continue to shop at this location! Kudos to Destiny ... I hope Walmarts is treating you well, you deserve the best and a raise😉😊😇”
“This store was uncommonly poorly stocked today. Basic items were extremely limited or unavailable. The store was clean and well lit and the check out was quick and easy.”
“The store is clean, organized, and the staff is friendly. I do like some of the brands they carry, which keeps me coming back. That said, I personally think the Kohl’s Cash and constant discounts feel a bit gimmicky, and it can be confusing to figure out the best way to use them. Overall, still a decent place to shop if you’re looking for specific brands.”

“Darius was such a pleasure at the register! He was cheerful, friendly, and genuinely kind, which made my shopping experience even better. I was doing a big back to school shopping trip for my kids and had quite a lot of items, but Darius was so patient and pleasant throughout checkout. It’s always nice to come across someone who makes even a simple checkout experience feel welcoming.Thank you, Darius, for your great attitude and wonderful customer service!”
“i love all the squishes that are there but one thing is i don’t like how it’s ALL gone when i come? I wish they keep some in the back! then i could just ask and MAYBE they’ll have some?”
“Love this target! All staff I've encountered are helpful and caring. They always take the time to be patient with me and don't rush me while doing returns and such. I'm also fond of the curbside pickup system they have and I hardly have to wait more than a few minutes for my order. The workers always help me troubleshoot when I can't get my app to work since I'm not the best with technology.
I haven't frequented many targets but compared to some other retailers similar to target, the managers here always go above and beyond the help me when other employees don't have the right tools. I can tell the managment here is held to higher standards than others.
Overall great place, good vibes, lots of smiles. Love to see it.”
“This is the best Target around everything is also in order unlike a few other locations. The manager Darren really showed how much he values customer safety today and I'm so thankful for his expertise. Also Emily was a great help. One of the best teams around keep it up!”
“Top brands, half the price. If you're too poor to buy cheap like me this is the place to go. Reasonable prices for stuff that lasts! Lots of clothing, purses, and shoes. They have men's, kids, and women's clothing and shoes. Small home goods, Jewelry, and travel sections.
They always have new stuff, clean store, helpful staff, and great clearance!”
“Nice store, reasonable prices. Like going here because the prices are pretty reasonable. Sales are good also. Ya really have to search, but when you find them, YaY! Found some great apparel to wear on the lake.”

“Was looking for a specific measuring tape and while they didn't have it the staff was happy to answer my questions and help offer advice on where I may find my item.”
“One of the biggest Target around. You usually can find what you are looking for. Usually can find someone to help you and have enough check out lanes open.Good selection of bath bombs, gels, and soaks. Stuff you can't find else where. Large pet department with the cat stuff getting almost the same shelf space which is not the norm. I just wish they had more choices of women's clothing for those of us who prefer a more classic style. While the grocery section is more limited than a regular one, you can at least a few items in category you are looking for. Great place to find cheaper holiday stuff. Always spend TOO much every time I come”

“For the last few visits I have cashed out with an employee by the name of Ann Marie. She's always kind and offer a warm greeting. She keeps a smile on her face and fully engage me throughout my tranmission. Today the store was extremely busy. Ann Marie was as if it was a normal day. I've been in management in retail for years. Employee's like these in this day and time are hard to fi d and keep.”
“I love Walmart. I get my groceries and all my prescriptions from Wal-Mart. It's handicap ♿️ accessible. Always clean and great prices. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and kind.”

“Very helpful staff in the pharmacy and in the Women's Department today. The u scan attendant is always cordial and not staring at his phone like at another Meijer store (near work) that I also frequent often.”
