“A friend & I had an outstanding encounter with Dave who is in sales at the Novi store. I can’t say enough how helpful Dave was. He made a meager sale with us but he took all the time we needed and helped us in a “delicate” situation. Also I want to mention another person who was a great help for our situation. John Stewart who works at the Mattress Firm warehouse in Belleville was amazingly helpful as well. We thank God for both Dave and John. Thank you, Dave & John.”

“Customer service at this store is top notch. We have had a couple of hiccups along the way (no fault of Snooze), but they have been and currently are being resolved. Bree has been phenomenal with follow-ups and helping us resolve our issues. I highly recommend Snooze if you are looking for a mattress and want to talk with someone that is very knowledgeable when it comes to finding one that’s best for you. I have recommended Snooze to family and friends because of the quality of their customer service and very nice selection of mattresses. Good customer service is extremely hard to find and Bree doesn’t lack in that field…..10/10 highly recommend. Go see Bree!”

While shopped around, I kept running into (a) other boutiques who were priced much higher for the same item or (b) online merchants who import inferior items from overseas. Home Interior Warehouse offers quality furniture at better prices. Highly recommend shopping here!”

“One of the biggest Target around. You usually can find what you are looking for. Usually can find someone to help you and have enough check out lanes open.Good selection of bath bombs, gels, and soaks. Stuff you can't find else where. Large pet department with the cat stuff getting almost the same shelf space which is not the norm. I just wish they had more choices of women's clothing for those of us who prefer a more classic style. While the grocery section is more limited than a regular one, you can at least a few items in category you are looking for. Great place to find cheaper holiday stuff. Always spend TOO much every time I come”

“I had a 5-star experience working with Ethan Allen in Novi, especially with Nikki, their design expert. She was incredibly helpful in guiding me through a full living room redesign—from paint color to sofa fabric and color, all the way to coordinating a new ottoman and curtains. There are so many details to think through, and having someone with her expertise made all the difference. She really helped bring everything together in a way I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own. After months of reviewing samples and making decisions, everything is finally coming together—and the space looks absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the result!”

“We purchased a wicker sofa, with a swivel chair and club chair. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Nicole and David were excellent to work with. We had a small mis-communication regarding our order initially however, Nicole made it right. Palm Beach Furniture bent over backwards for us to satisfy our order. The furniture is very high quality, prices were great and most important was how we were treated with our purchase. I would highly recommend Palm Beach Patio for anyone looking for outdoor furniture. I want to also give a 'shout out' to both Jonna and John who delivered our furniture. They were both polite and respectful. They even removed their shoes upon entry to our home. A great experience!!”

“Love this target! All staff I've encountered are helpful and caring. They always take the time to be patient with me and don't rush me while doing returns and such. I'm also fond of the curbside pickup system they have and I hardly have to wait more than a few minutes for my order. The workers always help me troubleshoot when I can't get my app to work since I'm not the best with technology. I haven't frequented many targets but compared to some other retailers similar to target, the managers here always go above and beyond the help me when other employees don't have the right tools. I can tell the managment here is held to higher standards than others. Overall great place, good vibes, lots of smiles. Love to see it.”
