“These folks are awesome to work with. I was able to get my truck in to be looked at in a very timely fashion (I would have been able to get it in faster if I wasn't out of town!) and being able to arrange for a loaner vehicle was incredible. Even better than this though, they were thorough - found the issue and provided me with recommendations of services I'll need before we hit winter - and the prices were much more reasonable than I was expecting. Overall, I cannot recommend the North Country Tire & Service team enough!”
“I had a great experience getting a tire installed here. I arrived at 9:00 AM and they pulled my car into the service area right away. The service advisor was professional and confirmed the price before they started working, so there were no surprise fees. The waiting area was quiet and had fast Wi-Fi, which allowed me to get some work done. I definitely recommend getting your tires serviced here.”

I brought it to Murphy's and they let me have a loaner car the night before the appointment and had it fixed in a couple hours the next day for a great price. No problems ever since. I truly trust what they do and charge... and it's very hard for me to trust anyone else.”

“Great service. I had many repairs done at Turbo Tim for my truck. This time I asked for an inspection only. The report was texted to me including photos and very detailed information on what needs immediate repair and what can be done later. A paid Lyft ride would have been paid by Turbo Tim as well. He was honest and fair about what I needed to fix now versus in the future. I brought my car in in the morning and it was done by early afternoon. Great experience, highly recommend.”

“I went to this shop because I had a coupon for a free oil change. Never heard of this place before. I'm used to jiffy lube or the 5 minute places. This shop was so clean and nice! I was worried about having to being my toddler with, but the staff in the lobby were very welcoming to her, even offering her snacks! The service was pretty quick too! The kind staff really helped make a trip with a toddler less stressful, especially as she was wandering around the entire lobby 😂 we will definitely come back for the next oil change!”

“Lowell’s feels like an extension of my family. I can trust them like nobody else. I know they will shoot me straight and give me options when available, and they won’t let me drive away in a dangerous vehicle (but they will let me make less consequential bad decisions lol). Laine and his crew are top notch people and I’ve never had incomplete work done on the 6+ cars I’ve taken to them. They are prompt and typically spot-on with estimates.”
“Any time ive had any issues in the past 2 years for my car theyve fixed every issue. From my experience theyve been nothing but honest, fast, reliable, and respectful. they really just go above and beyond i have zero complaints, prices are great imo, they fix anything even on difficult cars, and they do the work asap so ive never had to wait long it always so fast im like damn already. 11/10 id recommend”

“Took my Odyssey to Hawkins for a timing belt and water pump service, with a few other small items. Nick was extremely professional and courteous, did a quick diagnostic on the car, and found an issue with a front ball joint and leaking axle. He provided an honest assessment of how critical each item was, and then proceeded to provide budgetary estimates for everything. After approving the items that were of most importance, Hawkins completed the work quickly (same day) and at a very reasonable cost. Overall I'm very happy to have found Hawkins and will they will now be my go-to mechanic.”

“Lloyd's is one of the best repair shops I've ever worked with. They are professional, courteous and they do what they say the are going to, when they say they'll do it and for the price they quoted. We are a one car family, so it's important that we have the work completed on time!
Lloyd's is probably not the cheapest place in town. However, they use high quality parts and everyone -- including the front desk folks -- knows their stuff. They go the extra mile. For example, I had 2 brake lights go out within a day. I stopped in to see if they could help. They suggested it was probably the sockets rather than the bulbs. They got me an appointment for the next morning, but, since I was driving without brake lights, Jim at the front desk went and put 2 new bulbs in at no charge while I waited. They have also warrantied parts that went bad too soon, replacing at no cost including eating the labor.
They are the real deal!”

“I’ve been coming to Greenline for about 12 years since I moved into the Midway neighborhood. They have always given phenomenal, fair and kind / courteous service.
Ralph was fantastic, and now Steve, as the new owner has picked right up where Ralph left off: kind, fair, accommodating, competent.
I have a newer vehicle so I typically service at the dealership now. But Steve was awesome for getting me in on short notice a year ago for a punctured tire repair. And today, he got me in (with one day’s notice) for oil change and tire rotation / as I couldn’t schedule as needed with the dealership before a trip.
Like Ralph, Steve cares about people and good business practice / reputation, which welcomes new customers as well as maintaining the old!!

“Been going to Zaks for about a couple of years now and my choice for them to do my service has only increased. They’re very knowledgeable and skillful mechanics. Above all they’re very pleasant to do business with and will go out of their way to help you. Recently my daughter’s Honda Passport had an interior water leak as a result of a plugged AC drip tube. They got it in the next morning and were also able to squeeze an oil change that day even though they were busy. I refer people to them without any hesitance.”

“Brought my tire in for a valve stem replacement. Got it done in a timely manner and seems to be holding air once again.
I backed up to the shop door (for loading) once I returned to the shop but I decided I was going to put the tire and rim back on right then and there. This due to storm clouds rolling in, in the middle of moving out of an apartment, preserve my spare tire, and simply to not have to move all things a few more times. To my surprise, a Technician came over with; not only a larger Jack, but an Impact Gun and Socket as well. He then proceeds to do the entire installation process for me. Only things these fine folks didn't do was; not charge me, nor drive the car home. All this without being asked. Very grateful, many thanks, and a tip of my hat to the Staff.”

“Josh Is fantastic! Very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ve had many oil changes done here, just had an alignment and they really respect peoples property making sure they return it better than they left it.
You also don’t get the overbearing or pushy mechanic vibe, They lead with integrity and recommend regular services per manufacturing requirements or anything they see might impact safety, but don’t push if you say no to extra.
