Now as far as financing goes, the financing team was rude, judgemental, and just not what I would have expected given the situation. We purchased the car outright because we couldnt get it financed and the financing guy was complaining that paying by cash was more difficult which it wasnt.”
“Very busy place. Numerous warning lights came on. Dropped it off but was warned they were booked 4 weeks out. They got it in, diagnosed initial problem and discovered a recall which they remedied as well. Bill came under initial amount. Took a couple weeks no loaner or rental available. Very honest, thorough, and nice. Jessica, Dave, Jim , and the mechanics are A plus.”
“My friend and I had rented a car carrier in Bloomington MN to transport my car back to Bloomington upon getting to Baxter MN we discovered that the tire strap on front passenger side was for the most part frayed and absolutely too dangerous for the 2 of us girls to trust our ability to get it secure . That is how we found ourselves at Mills RV Repair and met a very nice and helpful young man name Michael who works as a technician there he was able to get the strap secured and should be commended for his kindness and support by making sure we had a safe trip back ! “Mike and Glen were awesome! Travelling through the area, i discovered a concerning noise with my vehicle. I was referred to fleet by tires plus who was booked solid and unable to assist. I was delighted to find no waiting at fleet. They got me right in, assessed the issue, ordered parts and completely serviced my vehicle in less than 3 hours for a very reasonable price to get me safely back on the road. I would definitely refer travellers and residents to fleet for all their emergency repair needs.”
