“Costco has TopTier gas. That means it is certified to have a high level of detergents to keep my fuel injectors clean. Most people are only interested in the lowest price. Here, you get both.”

For the record, we have multiple targets, including one in our town in Northfield, and not one, not a single one in the twin cities area has as friendly as a staff as the target in baxter!!
The store is clean, the exterior is beautiful, and the staff is more than friendly and helpful than any staff I have met at any of the targets back home!!
If I were in charge, I would make this targets minnesota flagship store, and give everyone a raise!! I give it a easy 100 out of 10!!

“Fleet farm is for fishing stuff, hunting, camping, outdoor, pets and farm stuff, plants and a whole lot more. Not many places around here have a whole lot of fishing stuff so fleet farm is the place to go for a favorite lure or extra ammo or a broken windshield wiper.”
“Love the store and have never had a negative experience- but today it was kind of busy at the checkouts and there was a cashier who threw his hands up and told everyone to quit talking to him. It clearly made several people feel uncomfortable. My sister and I were completely ignored by him multiple times while we were waiting next to the checkouts to get our things checked for security tags.”

“Target grocery has a lot of options for groceries and a good variety. It always is well stocked and looks nice. The prices are higher than say, Walmart, but the products are good and if you're already at Target it's convenient to grab a few items. The Target app is really helpful for here to get deals that aren't available without the app. Highly recommend getting the app!”
“Mike and Glen were awesome! Travelling through the area, i discovered a concerning noise with my vehicle. I was referred to fleet by tires plus who was booked solid and unable to assist. I was delighted to find no waiting at fleet. They got me right in, assessed the issue, ordered parts and completely serviced my vehicle in less than 3 hours for a very reasonable price to get me safely back on the road. I would definitely refer travellers and residents to fleet for all their emergency repair needs.”
“Its going to be confusing for a while. As they are re- decorating the Brainerd-Baxter store. I have one major complaint. They really NEED to build another Walmart. Within the a 50 mile radius to this one. As this one is always so packed. Parking lot and inside of store. Because this is the only one around for many, many, miles. Everybody comes to this one in a 50 to 100 mile radius. There is one in Littlefalls, and Wadena. No matter what day if the week, month , year, day or night. And everything is packed. The parking lot, inside the store, check out lanes. Especially the spring and summer months. When a lot of people come up from the Twin cities area. Mostly weekends and holidays during summer months. Then it's even more busy. All around inside of store, parking lot, around the store outside driving. Its frustrating!!! Especially when you live up here. Like I do. It was a little bit better when it was open 24-7. Before Covid hit. For ppl like myself could go between 10pm & midnight or later. So Walmart franchise big wigs. No disrespect calling you that. Please be thinking on building another Walmart. Within either Staples, Motley, Crosby, Breezy Point area, Nissan, etc. So this one dont get overlooked with ppl who live around here and in the 50 mile radius. As the population of people grows. You would make alot of people very happy. If you are for the ppl. Which you should be. Because we all are paying for your services.”

“One of my girlfriends had a truck load of furniture to return. Very thankful Whitney offered to come out to help us load everything onto a pallet in the pouring rain. We received wonderful customer service from him. Thanks a bunch!”
