Their team was easy to work with, extremely organized, and handled everything with great care during packing and moving. Pricing was very reasonable, especially given the level of service.

“Decided on a whim to try out the new falafel balls I heard about. The cafeteria was out of them, but Possum was very helpful in pointing me toward the fantastic plant balls. I ended up having a fantastic meal and finding a new favorite. I'll definitely be stopping back for the falafel balls, and probably take home a plush friend and some new shelves.”
“I have been wanting a sactional for a decade. Some people are happy as can be with a basic couch that they'll enjoy for some time and then move on from, but that's not me. I like to move things around. I hate commitment to a certain style or aesthetic, and I change my mind a lot. Enter Lovesac.
Is the process easy? If you're me? No. But the staff here are PHENOMENAL. It has been quite a process figuring out my perfect sactional, and they are super responsive, helpful, and go above and beyond to make things as easy as possible. Shout out to my new pen pal, Wendy, who has fielded a number of emails from me over the last month sorting out various orders and exchanges to get things just right.
Is it cheap? NO. But compared to how much money I have spent trying to find the right furniture for oddly configured rooms, only to be disappointed when the furniture doesn't look right, last long, or feel comfortable, it is well worth it. I need furniture that works as hard as I do. These old bones need to be comfortable. A lot of things in life are gonna let you down, but your couch shouldn't be one of them. I want a couch I can sit on, lounge on, entertain friends and family, and if I'm lucky, die on (now that I've figured out that I like lovesoft filling). That's money well-spent.”

“One of my favorite locations in Minnesota. My grandkids and I, had a great time shopping. They had a great sale on shorts at $3.00 a pair for little girls but, of course, they wanted cuter outfits and they got em. Lol We stopped for pjs and shorts but came out with Pjs, shorts, cute shirts, a couple of cute dresses and smart watches I'm definitely that grandma LOL I like the wide isles and not having to squeeze between things with a shopping kart. I did notice that, they had no employees in any of the departments where we roamed, and that they only had cashiers in place. I'm grateful for the human cashiers because, so many stores are getting rid of employees and switching to self checkout which is horrible! Where's my W2? This is a great location with plenty of parking. Of course I'll stop and shop here again whenever I'm back... this is my spawtttt!!!”
