Without any hassle or run around Loot Hive sent a replacement power cord and then stayed in contact with me to insure that I was satisfied. “One of my favorite locations in Minnesota. My grandkids and I, had a great time shopping. They had a great sale on shorts at $3.00 a pair for little girls but, of course, they wanted cuter outfits and they got em. Lol ‍ We stopped for pjs and shorts but came out with Pjs, shorts, cute shirts, a couple of cute dresses and smart watches I'm definitely that grandma LOL I like the wide isles and not having to squeeze between things with a shopping kart. I did notice that, they had no employees in any of the departments where we roamed, and that they only had cashiers in place. I'm grateful for the human cashiers because, so many stores are getting rid of employees and switching to self checkout which is horrible! Where's my W2? This is a great location with plenty of parking. Of course I'll stop and shop here again whenever I'm back... this is my spawtttt!!!”

“My wife and I had a fantastic experience at this location with their team member Jija, who was a Sr. Mobile Expert. We were having troubles transferring our lines over from Consumer Cellular, so I stopped in to get further assistance.

First of all, a big part of leaving a good impression on a new customer is the experience you have working with a rep right out of the gate. Jija was very patient, kind, understanding and solutions oriented. She was very open and transparent and wanted to make sure we had the best experience. We were going to end up switching to at&t from all the previous difficulties, but because she was so great to work with, we changed our minds and we joined with new lines on a great deal!

She wrote out in detail all of the options and allowed us to think things through before making a decision (even after a few trips in and out of the store, she was there every time happy to help). After we decided to proceed, she stayed after hours to ensure we were all set up on our new plan and devices. She wanted us to be happy and took care of us--the experience every client should have. Highly recommend working with her and signing up for T-Mobile, you will be taken care of!”
