“My wife and I had a fantastic experience at this location with their team member Jija, who was a Sr. Mobile Expert. We were having troubles transferring our lines over from Consumer Cellular, so I stopped in to get further assistance. First of all, a big part of leaving a good impression on a new customer is the experience you have working with a rep right out of the gate. Jija was very patient, kind, understanding and solutions oriented. She was very open and transparent and wanted to make sure we had the best experience. We were going to end up switching to at&t from all the previous difficulties, but because she was so great to work with, we changed our minds and we joined with new lines on a great deal! She wrote out in detail all of the options and allowed us to think things through before making a decision (even after a few trips in and out of the store, she was there every time happy to help). After we decided to proceed, she stayed after hours to ensure we were all set up on our new plan and devices. She wanted us to be happy and took care of us--the experience every client should have. Highly recommend working with her and signing up for T-Mobile, you will be taken care of!”

“When I stay in Bloomington, I visit Caribou Coffee and Walgreens that are located in the same plaza. When I leave it, I always see this Target on my left. I had never visited it until last month. I needed to get lemons and honey. I thought that I'd try finding them at Target. This store is awesome. It has a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut at the front. The grocery section is amazing. I have never seen so many different ranch dressing varieties in my life. Then again, Minnesota is ranch dressing territory, so it makes sense. I ended up picking up a jug of AriZona green tea, too. Finding lemons and raw honey in a squeezable bottle was easy. It took me a long time to tear myself away from the snacks aisle. The toy section was next door. I loved seeing plushies, from Grogu to Squishmallows. Spring merchandise was abundant at this store. I liked looking at sandals, cute dresses, and more. I got a human at the checkout area. It was nice chatting with her. I paid with a credit card. She placed all my items in bags. I appreciated it. I wished her a good evening and left. It's a solid Target store. I look forward to returning whenever I'm back in the area. (161)”

“I visited the Apple Store at Mall of America to pick up a new phone. The store was very busy, with quite a few customers waiting for their online order pickups. Lucy was helping customers in line, and she immediately made a positive impression. She was friendly, approachable, and very welcoming throughout the process. Even though she was the only person working at the pickup table, she handled everything efficiently. I was impressed by how well she multitasked while assisting multiple customers at the same time. She managed to keep things moving without making customers feel rushed or overlooked. Her ability to stay organized and helpful in such a busy environment was impressive. The pickup process was smooth, and her excellent customer service made the experience even better. Lucy truly deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication. Overall, I had a great experience at the Apple Store, thanks to Lucy’s outstanding service.”
