“I had a pleasant experience staying here recently, and it was a great, no-nonsense option for my trip. The suite layout felt very functional, and having extra space made it feel much more comfortable than a standard hotel room. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly when I checked in, and I really appreciated the convenience of having basic kitchen facilities in the room. “Incredibly unique experience. The main lobby is warm and welcoming. The room was great. The dishes at the restaurant are top notch. The service across the hotel day/night and every aspect was provided by an experienced and genuine staff. Hotel also offers some fun hidden gems.”
“******update- The hotel staff reached out to me and he was extremely embarrassed that the room was in this state and assured me the issue would be resolved. We stayed again while we were in town and this time the room was perfect!!
We stayed January 24th for a quick overnight before a flight out the next morning. We arrived late and when we got to our room the carpet by our bathroom was completely ripped up and the wood floor board was even exposed. And the wall tile was completely coming off. See photos. I am not sure how anyone cleaning this room can’t see this as a problem. I wouldn’t expect a place of this caliber to have this be their standard. I was completely shocked they would put us in a room with this at the price you pay to stay here. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.”

“This is probably my favorite Hilton property I've stayed at as an adult.
The room with a view and a tub was great, staff were super on top of it (house keeping somehow turned around our room while we were downstairs at Cosmos for Breakfast).
Our mini fridge was on the fritz but everything else was so top notch we barely noticed.”

“This location is one of the best hotels ever. TSA checkpoint at the hotel then straight to the airport. Super friendly and fast.
Room, bathroom, and hotel were clean and odor free.
Shower was awesome and bathroom had blue dimmer light.
Bar and food were execellent, avocado salad with chicken was excellent. Little pricey but not abnormal for hotels.
Room rate was very reasonable for this level of accommodations.”
“It is the perfect location for the Target center activities and parking. The rooms were clean and nice. We had a basic queen room and we were there for two nights. Very nice experience. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Everyone that we had contact we very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay again when I can.”

“Location is nice, staff is great, the noon check out is a bonus. We were there for a family trip and our room smelled extremely musty, the iron in the room basically didn’t work and stained my dress. The A/C whined and groaned whenever it kicked on and off. The hot water took a long time to warm up. My parents’ room at least didn’t smell weird but overall I was relatively unimpressed.”

“I am here for business in MSP quite often, and I choose this location every time it’s available. Justine and Maggie are the reason I keep coming back dude to their high level of customer service and attention to detail.
Rooms are clean and updated. If you need anything, the team at the counter are more than willing to help. The area is fun in the summer time with local markets and events. 5/5 stars! I will continue to stay here when in the area.”
“Write downtown Minneapolis so a great location if you are going to the Target Arena or US Bank Arena or want to explore downtown. We unfortunately had a bad experience. Arrived at the hotel around 7:00 p.m. and it is a secured entrance which is nice but ringing the front desk phone there was nobody there to let us in. Fortunately another guest let us in the door but then we waited at the front desk which was empty for many minutes. Check in was normal and and the room was average and clean and good enough for a cheap 1112 room. You either have to do valet parking at the which costs $49 or you can select a parking garage 2 to 3 blocks away and walk for around 15 to $25 overnight. The hotel itself is very nice and clean and spacious and a good solid breakfast offering of all of the standards of scrambled eggs and cereal and waffles and bacon and fruits and yogurts. If you want to stay right downtown for cheap then this is a good option”
“I stayed at the Hyatt last night. It is beautiful and very close walking distance to The Target Center and plenty of restaurants. Parking was easy and the hotel is very clean. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a perfect score is because despite having a menu in the room to order room service for breakfast, when we tried to do so, we were told it essentially isn’t real and there was a buffet downstairs if we wanted to go get it ourselves.”

After our canceled flight I phoned, Thomas was a great help. Our reservation was held till we arrived two days later. I phoned Lori about our flight the following day. She was very helpful and concerned about our delay. When we finally arrived after midnight, Georgia was polite and greeted us with a smile.
Throughout our 9 day stay Lori called us by name the entire time. Always with a Hello and Welcome Back.
Breakfast was very good! Always kept very clean and stocked with hot fresh food.
Housekeeping was always greeted with a smile and a very quick response to any request.
Yes, even after staying for 9 days we had nothing to complain about. It's nice to give compliments!!
I never had the opportunity to meet Jason (the GM). I wanted to compliment him as to his staff with the Great Job they do.”

“Stayed for one night. Room was huge, but interesting indoor view from the third floor. Honestly it’s just a preference b/c I’m sure some folks wouldn’t mind but I like to the see the sun in the AM. Hotel was clean throughout, downstairs gym area was small but had lots to choose from and plenty of dumbbells. Front desk staff was friendly and fast and breakfast was tasty. No complaints.”

“This little hotel was just what we needed after a long day on the road. Our room was clean and bright. After we settled in, I received an email asking if everything in the room was okay.
The hotel is located just down the street from a great shopping area with nice restaurants (Chi Chi's!) and lots of free parking. The free breakfast, starting at 6:00 AM, was good.
Staff members were friendly and helpful.”

“This was an overall great experience for our weekend family trip. The rooms were clean and the staff were very pleasant. The only thing that made me give 4 stars is the room I booked was advertised as a pool view but it really wasn't. It was a main level balcony 4 rooms away from the pool so it was close but not really a pool view.”

“The outdoor area was under construction the entire time we were there. The gym is small and combined with a laundry room. However, the gym has plenty of free weights, a couple of treads and ellipticals, as well as an incline bench, some medicine balls and additional stuff. The laundry is free, which is a nice bonus. The breakfast layout was a little crowded but had a pretty good variety. Overall not a bad stay. No real issues. Just wish the the amenities had been little more available”

“I loved this themed based hotel. The check in was smooth and easy with very friendly college students. The entry area offers a great study area with lighting, receptacles for your laptops or tablets. A nice sitting area with a fireplace for those cold days and/or nights. There're a bar, dining area, Starbucks, Dunkin, Top Golf and shuffleboard.
Our room had character, the bed was comfortable and offered refrigerator and small coffee maker. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here. Also being right in the middle of the college you had so much within walking distance, or you could take the train.”

“Shuttle to and from airport and mall of America was convenient. Restaurant was delicious, highly recommend the chicken sandwich for dinner. Good location and clean hotel.
Stayed on the 5th floor and it was quite noisy, not sure if it was the ice machine on the floor above or what but it was quite disruptive. Front desk told us breakfast was from 6-10, next morning breakfast ended at 9 so that was frustrating, I do wish the staff communicated better so we didn’t waste our money on a breakfast voucher that they could not refund.”
“I haven't had the pleasure of staying, but I held a business event with about 150 attendees and the team at this venue was fantastic. They anticipated our needs, worked so fast, and presented a delicious buffet. Cherry on top, its easy to get to with tons of parking. Highly recommended. Cannot wait to return.”

“I just want to say in emergency circumstances the Great wolf lodge steps up in all the right places! My mom had as episode as we were heading to check out. I asked a worker for a wheelchair and within a minute there was 6 staff helping us. EMS in the hotel assusted, 911 was called. They offered us an extra night on them with everything going on I was so greatful. The hospital ended up keeping my mom so an extra night for my kids and I to stay helped us out more then they know! When we got back from the hospital there was new staff on duty so I was unable to thank them for their quick responce and help! I definitely could not have done it alone!”
