“Had no issues with my stay. Multiple interactions with the front desk and they were friendly. Rooms were clean. TV worked. No complaints. The only thing I noticed was the phone did not work which I saw in another review but that wasn't a deal breaker. I did not eat or drink in the hotel.”

“Only knocking off a star because the creamer in the room had gone bad. The front desk offered free Starbucks coffee as compensation. So they made it right. The beds are a bit hard for my liking but it was better than a cheap motel. And the pool broke a pipe for the 2nd night and was out of service, so bad luck there. Also there wasn't a free breakfast, but there is a restaurant on site that serves breakfast.”

“Clean, quiet. Walking distance to Mall of America and two restaurants next door. Pool and hot tub (relaxing but hot tub capacity is 6). Fortunately pool and hot tub weren't busy when we went. Good breakfast options. Edited to add loved the breakfast options. Eggs made to order in cast iron skillets, freshly made scrambled eggs, potatoes with bacon and usual yogurt and bakery items”

“Have stayed here twice now, both times for concerts. Connected directly to the skywalk system, which is it's greatest feature in my opinion. Price is okay, but prepare for rates to jump by a couple hundred 6 months ahead of bigger concerts. Most of the staff is very friendly, but there were a couple employees that were super rude.”

“This location is one of the best hotels ever. TSA checkpoint at the hotel then straight to the airport. Super friendly and fast. Room, bathroom, and hotel were clean and odor free. Shower was awesome and bathroom had blue dimmer light. Bar and food were execellent, avocado salad with chicken was excellent. Little pricey but not abnormal for hotels. Room rate was very reasonable for this level of accommodations.”

“Yes, Yes, Yes!!! After our canceled flight I phoned, Thomas was a great help. Our reservation was held till we arrived two days later. I phoned Lori about our flight the following day. She was very helpful and concerned about our delay. When we finally arrived after midnight, Georgia was polite and greeted us with a smile. Throughout our 9 day stay Lori called us by name the entire time. Always with a Hello and Welcome Back. Breakfast was very good! Always kept very clean and stocked with hot fresh food. Housekeeping was always greeted with a smile and a very quick response to any request. Yes, even after staying for 9 days we had nothing to complain about. It's nice to give compliments!! I never had the opportunity to meet Jason (the GM). I wanted to compliment him as to his staff with the Great Job they do.”

“Stayed for one night. Room was huge, but interesting indoor view from the third floor. Honestly it’s just a preference b/c I’m sure some folks wouldn’t mind but I like to the see the sun in the AM. Hotel was clean throughout, downstairs gym area was small but had lots to choose from and plenty of dumbbells. Front desk staff was friendly and fast and breakfast was tasty. No complaints.”

Justine and Maggie are the reason I keep coming back dude to their high level of customer service and attention to detail. Rooms are clean and updated. If you need anything, the team at the counter are more than willing to help. The area is fun in the summer time with local markets and events. 5/5 stars! “I needed a place to stay last minute driving from Montana to Wisconsin. This hotel had a nice unit available for a decent price. I was greeted by a kind gentleman and checked in immediately. They had everything I needed. They have a good restaurant/bar called Kips in the hotel. The room was nice, had a good view, was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Parking was also safe, available, and included. I would highly recommend!”

“The sweetest part of our stay was the front desk staff. The young lady who helped us was warm, friendly, and genuinely kind, and she made us feel welcome after a long day of travel. Our room was spacious and clean, and having a kitchen was very convenient. The bed was extremely high and much too soft for me, though that may simply be personal preference. Unfortunately, there were a couple of maintenance issues. The TV was not working and showed “Channel is not authorized.” We contacted the front desk and were told it was a technical issue, but because it was a holiday, no one was available to fix it. The HVAC unit in the room was also quite loud whenever it came on, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Breakfast was convenient and appreciated, and overall the stay was okay. I just wish the room equipment had been working properly, especially at this price point. A special thank-you to the lovely young lady at the front desk — your kindness was the best part of our stay.”

“I stayed at the Hyatt last night. It is beautiful and very close walking distance to The Target Center and plenty of restaurants. Parking was easy and the hotel is very clean. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a perfect score is because despite having a menu in the room to order room service for breakfast, when we tried to do so, we were told it essentially isn’t real and there was a buffet downstairs if we wanted to go get it ourselves.”

“My husband has been here 2 times for extended stays for work. The indoor pool and hot tub are nice. They have a little gym, a very nice little barbecue are ( the front desk supplies you with utensils for the grill) they have a nice out door area to eat or just sit and relax. The room is nice could be updated but all and all it is good. House keeping is ok, sometimes with extended stay for work they could do a little more. The front desk and staff are all extremely friendly. So all and all good safe place to stay, food and stores all within walking distance.”

“Write downtown Minneapolis so a great location if you are going to the Target Arena or US Bank Arena or want to explore downtown. We unfortunately had a bad experience. Arrived at the hotel around 7:00 p.m. and it is a secured entrance which is nice but ringing the front desk phone there was nobody there to let us in. Fortunately another guest let us in the door but then we waited at the front desk which was empty for many minutes. Check in was normal and and the room was average and clean and good enough for a cheap 1112 room. You either have to do valet parking at the which costs $49 or you can select a parking garage 2 to 3 blocks away and walk for around 15 to $25 overnight. The hotel itself is very nice and clean and spacious and a good solid breakfast offering of all of the standards of scrambled eggs and cereal and waffles and bacon and fruits and yogurts. If you want to stay right downtown for cheap then this is a good option”

“I gave them a 4 star because the water that we bought was $8 which I think is quite excessive. Also, only was given three uncomfortable pillows. Would’ve been nice to have an extra one since they were quite flat. Other than that no complaints what so ever. It was in a great location and the rooms were clean.”

“Location is nice, staff is great, the noon check out is a bonus. We were there for a family trip and our room smelled extremely musty, the iron in the room basically didn’t work and stained my dress. The A/C whined and groaned whenever it kicked on and off. The hot water took a long time to warm up. My parents’ room at least didn’t smell weird but overall I was relatively unimpressed.”

They anticipated our needs, worked so fast, and presented a delicious buffet. Cherry on top, its easy to get to with tons of parking. Highly recommended. Cannot wait to return.”
