“The store with the A-team on staff. Patient, communicative employees. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door. While I was waiting for my turn, I observed the employees teach a disabled person how to use their phone, assist an elderly couple update their phone, and help non-English speakers buy a new phone. Crystal helped me and she was awesome. Explained the warranty to me, let me take my time picking out a phone number (such a stressful decision!), and hunted in the backroom to find the phone case I wanted.Highly recommend this store. It was a great experience overall.”

Eduardo assisted us, explained everything to us, answered our many questions, and spent time with us to make sure we understood everything we needed to.
