“I was in a long line at the post office but luckily one of the cashiers noticed I had a delivery pick up slip and she redirected me to the "pickup window". This saved me a ton of time because I didn't have to wait in the long line to get to the cashiers. I was first in line at the pickup window. The nice cashier instructed me to push the button to ring the buzzer and sometime would come to help me. You can see this buzzer button in the photo labeled "pickup window". The gentleman who came to assist me with my parcel pick up was extremely helpful, nice & friendly. Based on my experience today I would come back here again and I would recommend this post office ? to others. (For more information, please see the review photos included with this review.)”

“If you’re ever having a bad day, you should just pop in to this post office. You will feel worlds better after a visit.
We stopped in to get fingerprinting down and John and Patricia were very helpful and we had a great conversation.”

“The USPS airport office is an absolute lifesaver! The employees are truly sweet, sweet people—friendly, helpful, and patient. They make every visit feel easy, even when you show up and in a rush.

The best part? They’re open until 11 PM, which is incredibly convenient. Whether you just need to drop something off after work, this location makes it possible. I’m so grateful for their extended hours and amazing service. Big thanks to the team for always showing up with a smile!”

“Best post office in the cities. Jill is the greatest. Helpful and a wealth of knowledge. She helped me with change of address, international shipping, and everything in between during my years of working downtown.”

“My girls at USPS are the sweetest. They're almost always cheerful and friendly (hey, nobody bats a thousand). They go above and beyond almost every time. It genuinely lifts my mood when I have to take a trip to the post office.”

“I've been going to this location for 5+ years. The gentleman that works here is by far the nicest and most helpful post office employee I've ever encountered. Even during the holidays he is cheerful, helpful and efficient. There's usually never a line but when there is it goes quick.”

“If I could give Bruce 6 stars, I would.

My husband and I frequent this Post Office since it's in walking distance and we have never had a bad experience. All staff members have been very kind and helpful, but we have to give a special shoutout to our guy Bruce! He is the most friendly and charming customer service person we've ever met. I always leave feeling like things are going to be okay, and reminded of the good in this world. And all I came for was a stamp.”

“Could not have been treated better! Long line (nice father and his 5 1/2yr old son) chatted with me...i kind of forgot how long I was waiting!
Finally my turn and Shawn was CHEERFUL and HELPFUL...all I did was mail an envelope to St. PAUL...
I will use this post office for the rest of my life!!”

“Nice location. Doesn't have a bunch of people outside begging you for something and the guy working is nice enough. Only thing that sucks is I wish all post offices were open on Saturdays ? And as for people crying around about the lunch break, let's see you work an 8 hour shift with no lunch break. Give him a break, literally.”

“Just dropped a mail hold card and the clerk at the window said "leaving again?" And took.the card from me and said to have a good time. She knows me by now. I don't know her name but she is sooo nice!”

“Fred is such an amazing worker and I love going to this location because of it. Fred is so kind and knowledgeable and truly wants to help everyone. Love this USPS location. I go in the morning when it opens and it's never busy.”

3.1 Average100 Reviews

“This has to be the nicest USPS I've ever seen with engaging, polite employees. The lobby was clean and very well stocked. After using the self-service kiosk I started browsing (who browses in the post office) and the employees engaged in conversation with me and gave me tips for the best packaging for my shipping needs. The people who work at this location should be recognized for the pride their customer service and obvious pride they take in their work.”

3.2 Average51 Reviews

“For the most part I really like this post office but the fact they can never take cash because they don’t have exact change drives me absolutely crazy! From what I’ve gathered they start the day with basically no money in the till so if it’s a slow day or even if it wasn’t and most people used cards you are SOL. An organization like the post office should ALWAYS be able to take cash. I understand from working in retail that occasionally weird days can mess up the till but this is a very persistent issue and it is unacceptable.”

“Crazy. All these people leaving angry reviews and don't even realize that their real ire should be directed at the Burnsville PO. Burnsville is awful and responsible for our deliveries (or lack thereof), not Savage.”

3 Average59 Reviews

“Great service, my only suggestion would be to allow more hours during the day to access the PO boxes. Making the PO boxes available at 7am would be very helpful.”

“The best experience anyone could have at the post office, both workers, Gene and the woman working the front were so exceptionally nice and helped us ship out a birthday present”

2.8 Average66 Reviews

“This is one big honking Post Office! The drive through is easy, once you get around the frontage roads. There are two rows of boxes to ease traffic, which there is a lot of at this office. Exiting is easier then getting in, but that's all Bloomington regulations so we won't blame the USPS.”

2.8 Average68 Reviews

“Open later. Staff is meh. They are unforgiving on mistakes and forward to remind you they will not supply you with tape. The building is gorgeous art deco. It's worth going just to check out!”

“As someone who visits this locations 2-3 times per week, I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and convenient location. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes and most of the time I'm the only customer there.”

“I love DJ and George! I am here dropping off packages for my small business daily. They are the best and they truly work so hard!! One time I forgot to put a label on my package and it miraculously showed back up at my house. These guys care❤️they deserve raises and more help!!”

2.4 Poor59 Reviews

“Today I went to the post office to send a package, and I was helped by Andre. He was extremely kind, respectful, and very patient. Andre went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and that I understood the process.

I have never met someone in Minneapolis who is so humble and helpful. His excellent customer service made my experience stress-free and smooth. Thank you so much, Andre, for your kindness and support!”

2.3 Poor85 Reviews

“I would just like to say how very pleased I am with the customer service I received from Chris. He is an incredibly empathetic person with a wonderful, outgoing personality. He solved an issue I was having and went over and above what anyone else would have done to see that I was happy.
I received the kind of customer service that is rarely in existence anymore. I really feel like a valued customer because of his selflessness. If anyone deserves a raise it's this guy!!!”

“Had to pick up a couple packages during peak holiday season. Employees were helpful and kind, even when there was a long line. Pro tip, if you're there just to pick up a package, go to the blue door and ring that bell!”

2.3 Poor76 Reviews

“Had an important package get lost in the mail. Less than 10 minutes after going in and notifying them, the postal worker knocked on my door and made sure to hand deliver it to me. Still annoyed they misdelivered the package, but I can't argue with how fast they fixed the mistake.”

2.4 Poor113 Reviews

“I've only had the occasion to visit a couple of times. The annex is a special place. While they can't do a lot of what your regular post office can (don't come looking for stamps or to ship a package), they CAN handle a lot of the things that your local post office may not be able to. For me, this meant getting some mail that hadn't yet been delivered. For another customer, it meant picking up a package that had been sent without a suite number. While it's a good-sized facility with ample parking (conveniently located within walking distance of my workplace), working directly with customers is only a small part of what they do. If nobody is at the desk when you come in, ring the doorbell on the wall opposite the door. You may need to wait a few minutes, as they've got a whole lot going in, but they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks, USPS!”

“Hard working individuals at this location. The office worker helped me immediately with my questions and concerns about my package delivery and got me out the door asap. This is definitely where I would want to take care of all my postal service needs.”

2.2 Poor89 Reviews

“I visit many Post Offices, this one on occasion, and the experience has been consistently average. But for me consistency is very good so an ‘average Post Office experience’ isn’t a bad thing at all.

That said, I recently interacted with a (new in 2024?) employee who is quite possibly the most non-judgmental and courteous person I may have ever come across in my travels- ever.

Not really speaking to USPS, but the employee- thank you for the positive experience!”

“We had a great experience processing our son's passport. Mohamed is so kind and helped to
us with the process, and his colleague was also so kind. ? Thank you guys!!”

“I went into the post office looking for a package that was set up for a re deliver. I would not be home for the re delivery. A lady of color helped me and Im so sorry I dont remember her name except it started with a C. It was 5:30 pm and I asked if there was a way I could intercept this package. She said that my postal carrier was probably in and disappeared for a bit. She came back with my package. I was blown away because I could tell she had a long day. I didn't ask her to do this.I sure dudnt expect it. She just helped me get my package. Im one who does homework before leaving a review. Whats it like for them, how are they being treated by management and customers. Usually when mistreated I find out that if Im honest, I could if handled things better myself. We expect so much from those who help us with little regard to there feelings. Just because there paid to serve doesn't give anyone a reason to be rude to them. Especially when there doing their job and something's are out of there hands. This is my opinion of course, buts its an honest one. I see all to often customers complaining about the silliest things that the employee has nothing to do with. Every time I've been at this post office I've given them a smile and I've gotten one back.”
