“Benjamin T. at Pierce single-handedly saved my daughter's ski racing season. My daughter's ankle was very painful in her current ski boots, and I didn't think she'd be able to ski very much for her teams for the rest of the year. We went to Pierce and Benjamin fit her into an appropriate ski boot. He then molded the boot to offload the painful spot on her ankle. When we left the store my daughter smiled and said this is the best my foot has felt in ski boots all year.”
“The girls were so nice and very helpful. You can tell they put effort into knowing their products and that’s hard to find these days. I’m extremely grateful for their guidance as a first time Athleta shopper and am impressed with their quality of the pants and shirt I purchased. Pants options are unique in the appearance and comfort combination.”
“This sports apparel store is on the 2nd floor of The Mall of America. They have a large selection of Big 4 merchandise as well as merchandise featuring other sports like MLS, racing, collegiate, and others. They do offer deals and sales on some of the merchandise that I saw in the store as well. It does have some things that other stores like like banners, cups, and other things that may make good gifts for fans of teams.
Why did I deduct a star? As with many other stores of this nature, it is easy to find better deals on this merchandise online. I am not sure if they do any type of price matching but I did not see any signage stating so. Despite this, it is a good sports apparel store and I would visit it if this is merchandise I was in search of.”

“Shoutout to the employee who urged me to choose a 3L rain jacket over 2 or 2.5L for my trip to Iceland. The jacket I chose became my most essential item I brought along! Stayed dry the entire trip!”

He was very quick and brought out multiple sizes for me to try on without me even having to ask. The checkout process was smooth, a very young fellow named izu and i had a wonderful conversation. “Just your everyday Lids store with an incredible crew! Got a custom hat made for myself from scratch and was able to get the embroidery done in less than an hour.
The staff was extremely helpful and patient with helping me pick all the customizations and made it look perfect.
