“What’s with all the 1-star reviews over masks. They were ridiculous then and they are still ridiculous now that we have even more data to show how arbitrary and unnecessary they and lockdowns were. I’m leaving a 5-star review because the products here are exceptional, which is what matters. And also to counteract some of the stupidity coming from mask reviews. Some in this country has lost their minds.”
“**Update:The manager Angie called me up and was very apologetic and friendly. A company who is willing to actually follow through and see why their customers are upset that’s pretty rare and awesome. She explained why their system did what it did and they’re working on it. Here’s your five stars back. **I’ve been to the store many times and I like it a lot.However I placed a large-ish delivery for the next day. 20’ flats that I didn’t have a trailer for. I got the order in before 2pm etc. a couple minutes later I get a confirmation email that says it will be a week later. I call them up they say they can still deliver the next day but the fee will be $150. Ok fine - paid it.They call me say they only have 25 and I needed 35 but they’ll deliver them for free when the additional 10 get in and said they would reverse my $150 deliver charge because it was their fault. Sweet!Here’s where I decided to leave a review.* They call again- and said they can’t deliver until 4 days from now.* if I want it tomorrow it will be $300.* and it will only be 25 of the 35 I needed.So my project was completely hosed.I just cancelled my order and I’ll try elsewhere. Be careful when you order on their website because their inventory is not live and you won’t find out until you call them.”
“I went in looking for drawer slides. The knew exactly what I was looking for after I described them to him. They also had a new tool that would work for the cabinet doors I was making. Making flat slabs from multiple pieces of wood. Had no idea such a tool existed, and would've been helpful for my cutting boards.”
“Great service and friendly staff . I needed a key made it was broke in half and they made me a matching one well one that ain't broke lol. Under 3 bucks for a vehicle key vs 225 quote from a locksmith. Was for a 2001 dodge Dakota. Will go here again in future for other needs.”
“This is much like the old fashioned hardware store. The aisles are much closer together than a big box store. They are packing a huge amount of products and services into a smaller area. Their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The part I like best is that I can walk into the store with a bolt or screw and I can get help finding the exact match. Then I can just buy as many as I need, rather than a whole box.”
“Everyone here is super helpful. Exactly what you need when you don’t know what you’re looking for! This is our local hardware, so thankful they close. The store is very clean, neat, & organized well.”
“I stopped in to look for a small hand cart as I will be moving out of state shortly. I was very pleased with the help I received from Trey, who steered me through the different types of carts and ultimately bought one of the more expensive carts due to its (lower) weight and carrying (higher) weight, as well as other features I had not initially thought to ask about. I am very happy. Thanks, Trey, for taking the extra time with me, and then for loading in into my car! Can't fault his customer service”
“Not sure what to say, except yes - they have it!Seriously, plan on a half hour just for the simplest things, you'll get sucked in and end up just walking around taking it all in.Ask where it is though, because I don't think there is a map.”
“Need something specific? Need it quick? The staff waiting as you enter the store will help you find what you need. Yes, I go to the big-box stores, but when I need to be sure they'll have it, I visit Ace. Their hardware section is much more complete. When others are out of stock, I've found it here.”

“I have a love/hate thing going on with this Home Depot. This has been my main Home Depot shopping location since 1999--15 years. I have a lot of experience at this place. So my credentials are good. I like the fact that this store is never super busy. So it's easy to get in & out. I also know where almost everything is located. Don't make any Special Orders or get any At Home Services unless you want to get screwed up and screwed over. It's also frequently hard to find someone for customer service. And when you DO find them, they don't know anything. On the other hand, there are a few employees who have been here for over 10 years and that are SUPER knowledgeable. I always try to find these people when I have a question. Of course, these are normal people that take breaks and that have days off--so I can't always find them when I really need them. Overall...good with limitations. Come here for what they do best: Buy what's on the shelves, and don't ask any questions or place any orders unless you want headaches. -Daddy Maxx Retro”

“Excellent service over the phone! I called to ask about replacing a kitchen side sprayer. I talked to Rika, who was VERY helpful! It was the end of her workday [if her day ended at 4:30, she stayed until 5:00 to help me] and she was SO pleasant, willing to go the extra, EXTRA mile to help me in my time-crunch & problem-solving at every moment. In the end, my plumber said the side sprayer I wanted wouldn't work, but I learned that all future plumbing-supply needs, I will definitely be calling Ferguson. Thanks, Rika!”
