“I am a toy retailer and receive shipments from 3 locations from around the country. My main distributor uses 4 shipping companies usually based upon where the pallets are being shipped from. ODFL has never had any delays for my shipments, has never had any damage to claim, and has never lost any boxes from a pallet. This is after receiving approximately 30 pallets delivered by ODFL. Contrast that with 2 of the 3 other large carriers that I have had to deal with who almost always have damage, have a delay every single time, and frequently lose parts of my pallets (no exaggeration either).”

“Grave was a lifesaver today helping me ship a very niche item—a specialty yoyo that needed a little TLC to package right. They were incredibly patient while I juggled messages from the buyer and tried to make sure everything was just so. I know I wasn’t the speediest customer, and honestly, I probably tested their saint-like patience. But they never rushed me or made me feel like a bother. That kind of kindness and customer care deserves serious credit.

I wish every location was set up like this with the self service kiosk and the ability to drop off packages 24/7 (pkg size restrictions). I finally am able to take care of postal odds and ends on my schedule without having to stand in line or wait for a service counter to open up during business hours when I am working it's so nice to be able to pop in and out of here or whatever I need to knowing that this location is reliably clean and safe and just so easy to use is awesome. We came in yesterday to have our original house-plans scanned to a USB that we can take to our attorney, as well as to have the originals preserved in laminate that we will then frame and put up on our walls post remodeling.
The plans are from the late 1960’s or so, and incredibly brittle. They are as “authenticated” as they are going to be, as they were handed down from the second owners who said that they were in here for 30 years.
Arik and the crew were concerned, but when we saw how open they were to making sure that we got what we came for, we knew that we would be okay (they brainstormed with us to get it right).
We left it overnight, and when we arrived this morning, the card payment point of sale devices were malfunctioning. So we left to get cash, and then came back with doughnuts to thank Anastasia for having handled the project overnight.
There is a medium-length dark hair laminated into the plan that is the front concept drawing, but it just authenticates that this is the original plan that we brought in <3
We plan to return to look at the greeting cards and stationary there. At first glance, it all looks so good that it got me excited to write my mother in law more often!”

“Yes, this is a mail distribution center but there are times I have to go there a pick up insured packages or certified mail. I have never had any problems getting my packages or certified mail there. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Ring the bell, show them my id, get my package. Its that easy.”
