Patrick was very patient and was able to help me with the scanner thing and figured out ive been wrong size for years!!
After a few days though something was off, and had a massive blister. Did the scan thing again with Marcus and figured out that the right heel was just a fraction smaller than left and tried a half size smaller and it fit perfectly! I thought I would have to pay to swap them, he swapped them free of charge!
That was over a month ago and now they are broken in and fit perfectly and are great for work and about town!

“I'm truly amazed how they took my 4 year old worn and broken black dress shoes and made them better than new. Then, on top of all that, I don't have to get a new pair that will probably hurt my feet for a month while I break them in be mine. Better result, cost less than a new pair, and is earth friendly (not throwing shoes away). I wish I knew this possibility sooner.”

“I have been dealing with heel pain in my right foot. I read that Vionic shoes offer great support for all kinds of foot condtions. I was greeted by Alan and he was knowledgeable about all the shoes they carry. He brought out a few different shoes that would offer support for my feet and help with the pain. He also suggested Haflinger clogs for at home. I ended up purchasing these and a pair of Vionics. I just love both and the clogs are so comfy and support my feet on the wood floors. Can I just say wow! After one day of wearing these shoes I am doing so much better and the pain is almost gone! I highly recommend this store to anyone dealing with foot pain. Mauran listened to my needs, had me try a few options, and I found a comfortable option at a reasonable price compared to other companies. “Stopped by- got my feet scanned the awesome staff got me in some super soles 2.0’s that fit perfectly and some insoles that changed my working life as a guy who’s working for 10+ hours a day on his feet. There are plenty of stores closer to me but I’ll always make the drive to Hopkins for the great staff. Also would 100% recommend any of their socks.”

Just a great place to check out , never know what you might find . The owner and staff are real nice people , willing to help you find what you need. Good shopping.”

I had previously been to multiple other vendors in the Twin Cities and the sales experience and especially the dress selections were really below average which made me anxious about ever finding anything I might like within my budget.Cue Anthropologie.I loved every single dress on the Anthropologie wedding website because the catalog looked timeless, chic, and elegant and this prompted me to book an appointment with a local store (which I was able to secure the same week). The dresses were a bit above my original budget, but what I saw online was so promising that I was willing to go above what I had in mind. Best. Decision. Ever.I nearly wept publicly from relief when I tried on the first dress in the store. The fabric, fit, and design of their inventory is UNMATCHED in comparison to any "traditional" bridal shops in the Twin Cities. The store associates were incredibly helpful, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable about styles. “Staff are well informed of all shoes/boots they carry along with other brands. Purchased a set of work boots that could be cobbled when worn out. Those boots had a bad batch of rubber for the soles and started separating a month into use. I wasn’t around to bring them in for warranty until a few months had passed. When I brought them in with the receipt and explained the situation, there were no questions asked other than “What size boot are those?” Within 10 minutes of arriving I was walking out with a new set of boots, exchanged and warranted without hesitation. I’ve been looking for a shoe store that knows their stuff and keeps the customer first. Chet’s is that store! I’ve since purchased a winter set of boots and referred many coworkers to them. Great prices, great staff, great store.”
“I had an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased in FL and di not have my receipt upon my return home. I found out that most Vans stores history is not linked and they can not look it up for me, HOWEVER, Tyler and Dominic at Vans - Rosedale Center were willing to take care of me anyway. IN fact, they were so helpful in getting that pair exchanged, I ended up buying 4 more pairs. It was a great experience and I can't wait to work with them again. Thank you guys.”

“I wanted to give a big shout out to customer service for Minnetonka. My order of knee high boots came with a small defect and I filed for some support. My concern was handled literally the next business day in the morning. Not only was it handled, it handled in a great way. Shout out to Colin, especially, who was communicative and gave a host of options to address my concerns. I also got discounts for future shopping. With that said, the boots are also amazing.
