“Two things: 1) the bathrooms are now clean and no longer smell terrible.
2) the number of items limit on self-checkout is acceptance IF additional cashiers are added. This didn’t happen at my last experience but I’m hopeful it will get better.”

“Cannot say enough good about the Verizon staff in Hastings ! Being a 73-year-old who is technologically deficient, Sam went above and beyond to help me. I wanted to switch to Verizon from my current carrier and Sam spent 4 solid hours helping me jump through all the hoops with the old provider. Including being on hold waiting for a representative from old carrier ! Both Sam and Jarrod were patient and truly helpful so I highly recommend this store and excellent staff !”

“I have been going to Alex repair for the last 15 years. Never a problem. My stuff is Onkyo receiver/ tuner/turntable from 1977. Alex brought it all back to life like it was when I bought it in 1977 from Bates. My model 8 speakers need attention but that is another story.

“Have had 2 up grades, had just 3 prime, that was still working, want upgrade, was told no more free phones, cost now. By the time I left, with the phone, all accessories needed, between mobile, auto , cords chargers, THE final out the door was over 300 dollars. I have been metro over 7 years, I think is a little harsh, to stay with metro. I could have went with, infinity, with free phone, and cheaper service. All my accessories, would have worked. I should have moved on,”

Too bad the owner of the Suburban Ave., MetroPCS St. Paul store is NOT helpful, especially when adding another plan on your account! 1) Make sure you get the actual phone as advertised, 2) get the plan you intended, and 3) he automatically adds phone insurance coverage - make sure you want this or not!”
