“I came in with needing help putting in my new tail light after having it being covered with tape for the last three years the manager Charlie was very helpful and did a great job installing it for me and he did it free of change I’m very grateful for the help both staff that where their where wonderful and I will be going to get my oil changed with them next time 10/10 thanks.”

“I had a limited amount of time getting ready for a long haul to northern Minnesota. I just did my own headlight assemblies and no shop wanted to help out aligning lights. I walked in and was immediately helped, greeted and super nice staff. They began to write up an estimate and they just decided they would just take care of it for me. The Manager Adam, was super nice to talk with, I also learned he loves fishing as much as I do, the more anglers I meet the better. This place was super friendly and really helped me out, they have certainly earned my future business. The very much so demonstrated they care about anyone that walks through the door. “The staff are amazing! Both helpful and accommodating. This particular visit Mo M.did an excellent job helping me solve a problem with an older vehicle which I was unable to successfully solve on my own. Keep up the great work!!!!!”
“Had a new set of Tires installed and balanced. Then vehicle had problems with the tracking system software. This is due to gratuitous complexity of modern autos. A fundamental part of this is manufacturers being allowed to keep service software proprietary. There needs to be a change in law, to give owners absolute rights to this software and their designee. As is usual the vehicle dealership was not in anyway helpful, but obstructive. Anyhow the second expert Heartland called in was able to solve the problem, but for a significant fee. Due to what I suspect was the cost of his equipment and software, was likely justified. This hassle caused a delay of 24 hours to get the use of my vehicle back.
Heartland were perfect gentlemen about and as blindsided as I was by how this went down.
So beware! Getting a new set of tires is no longer a straightforward proposition with this newer generation of vehicles. And of course no warning of this in the handbook. The marketers I'm sure warned that it would have been bad for sales!”

“I was having trouble with my car overheating, come to find out my caliper was locked up. They got me in in a pinch when they were already busy and got me on the road as quick as they could. “I went in to pick up a U-Haul for a reservation I made, and the guy at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, even though it was 4 PM on New Year’s Eve. He ensured that I was comfortable returning the U-Haul via mobile and took the time to show me how to do it, even without me asking. “It was my first time here and had a great experience overall. I made an appointment the same day for 3pm and it only took about an hour, quick service and no upselling me anything unnecessary. Isaiah, who was working the front desk was very professional and provided a smooth service. I ended up leaving with no issues and no lights left on my dashboard which is pretty common for me when I leave most places. Listened to our needs, treated us with respect, kept us informed, extremely honest with what was needed and what to look for down the road. They had parts on the ready, quick turnaround, fair prices! Very appreciative during the Thanksgiving Holiday with a snowstorm thrown in on top of that. Most professional, friendly, customer focused auto shop I have ever experienced......and I'm old, so I've been to a few over the years! We dont live in his immediate area, but would travel to use them again!”
