“Daniel was hugely helpful with my somewhat niche phone plan issue, and he capably walked me through the process to make the change I wanted to make. He went above and beyond in his customer service!”
“Huge shoutout to Hamsa at the AT&T Southdale Center. Came in with a couple questions about possibly switching carriers. He made the whole thing super smooth, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly patient and kind. Easily one of the best service experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back because of him.”
“Northfield, Mn T-Mobile store. Today Phillip Gunzales helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind during a difficult fix on my IPhone. I was impressed and will recommend him to my friends. T-Mobile is very lucky to have Phillip as a MSM.”
“I’m am so indebted to the young woman who helped me and my parents. They are computer illiterate but want to use Apple computers, ipads, and phones. When they have a tech issues, they call me, their only child, to drive 30 minutes each way to help them with fix things, but I only know so much! I could not figure out how to sync their devices and it caused some family drama. This girl was a wizard! I am so grateful to her. I forgot her name but I hope she gets a raise and becomes employee of the month. She has saved me so from so much dread. I hope she sees this!!!”

“There was some problem withIn the store system that prevented them from being able to complete my order on the same day so I had to some back a second time to finalize the sale and pick up the phone. Otherwise the sales person was great and did a good job of explaining everything and reviewing all my options. I also appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell.”
