“I went to the AT&T store on York Avenue because my email wasn’t working. I was happy to see that Daniel was there because he’s assisted me with phone problems before. Daniel was incredibly helpful. He walked me through the process to change my password so my email could be reset, and then had me go through the steps again so I could fix the problem on my own if it happened again. Daniel is knowledgeable and personable. I’ll go to this store again when it’s time to upgrade my phone.”

When they have a tech issues, they call me, their only child, to drive 30 minutes each way to help them with fix things, but I only know so much!
