“been a usi customer for over two years now and am never looking back as long as i live in mn! service is very reasonably priced given the quality of the internet service, and troubleshooting is a breeze. i had an issue with connectivity / old wiring in my house and it was completely resolved over the course of three days. they give you the option to rent a router (first month free, then 10/month afterward) which is super generous. i’ll be testing out my old router to see if the issue has resolved, but if not i’m happy to continue using the rental router. support this local business!!!!”

Went there a little less than a month ago to switch onto a plan instead of T mobile and got lots of great input on devices, potential deals etc. Decided the phone I got then wasn't for me and spent an hour on the phone with customer service to try and get my issue resolved, but failed in the end. Decided to go into the store and see what they could do and they got me all set up with a new device. While my data was transferring I think every single person working checked on me at some point. “I went there to pay our family cable bill. I had to wait 20 minutes Because the employee was taking care of another customer. She was great helping them. But I had to wait 20 minutes. Before That I can hand her our bill. It was frustrating. Because I had other things to do. She was friendly to me. And it felt like a long wait. Just to give my payment. For our families cable bill. I did get my receipt. For paying our bill. I just didn't want my moms bill to be late. As the mail service takes a long time to get to there company. Otherwise their ok. We only get the service we want. At least we can enjoy shows and family shows. But it does cost .”
