I went to this repair shop and the gentleman at the counter told me the cost of replacing the part I need but said let me see if I can just clean it out first. “Leila did an excellent job I want to a couple other places they said nothing could be done to retrieve my data it took her 3 minutes from the time I said hello this is my problem to she was transferring all my data to my new phone this is the only place I will ever go for electronic repairs 500 Stars wouldn't even be enough”

“Outstanding service at this location. Devon and Quinn helped us buy a new phone for my son and were kind, respectful and very knowledgeable about the phones, Verizon and overall cellphone plans. We got an amazing deal because of their experience directing us to the right plan and phone. In addition, when I returned to the store upset because my emailed bill didn’t reflect what I thought it should, they were very patient and understanding and did an excellent job calming me down and explaining the situation ( Basically, I wasn’t reading the bill right and they helped me figure it out). They could not have handled an irate customer (me!) better! They are just really good people. I’m very impressed and highly recommend this location.”

Mark was beyond helpful and fast (despite him having to wait for all my stuff to transfer from old to new phone ?). I feel like most people dread going to the phone store, but Mark did great and got me set up!”
“worst service. i took four new phones in november.they are cheaters they did everything wrong on promotion trade-in credit.my monthly bill should be 300 and they did so many things wrong and my monthly bill coming at 500 plus dollars. never go to third party verizon store. thewy made my experince with verizon nightmare...

Today i went to the store and Hunter helped me patiently and provided all info to Verizon and waiting for them to give the correct promo credit. No matter what store did every thing to help me to correct the promo credit amount . I highly appreciate hunter efforts in helping me resolve my billing/promo credit issue”
“My wife and I went into AT&T today to get an upgrade and both representatives Anthony and Charlotte were both very friendly and helpful and were able to find something my wife wanted in order to upgrade her phone. I will gladly be coming back whenever I need anything done with my phones or devices.”
“I am a long time Boost customer and had just ordered a new phone online that refused to activate. I brought the phone to this location and the service rep was fantastic. He got me dialed in to the Boost activation department and talked them through what needed to happen, since apparently my account is special and needs a physical SIM card, not the eSIM they were trying to activate. It might have taken days to straighten out if he hadn't recognized the problem and taken steps to get it fixed. I may be skeptical about Boost overall after this experience, but this location knows their business and would definitely come here again for help.”
“After a not-so-great experience at a different T-Mobile location last weekend, we went in to the Plymouth store and were pleasantly surprised at how awesome the staff was. Graham and Thomas were patient and took the time to explain things on our new phone plan. They were helpful and kind and never made us feel like we needed to rush to make decisions on anything. We will definitely be making this our chosen location for any and all future phone needs.”

I've been to other locations for T-Mobile and have had issues in the past, because people didn't know what they were doing.
I CAME TO THIS PLACE, AND THEY ABSOLUTELY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

D’Malik was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me give my phone reactivated after repair. Also got me a great deal on a birthday gift for my husband. Highly recommend!!!”
“I had great experiences at this T Mobile Chaska location. I have been here several times and have experienced no wait or very short wait times. I had a complex situation arise with a phone that didn't connect with my Bluetooth the way it was supposed to. Store manager Sebastian and Ben bent over backwards to resolve my situation for me. Staff are patient and kind. Truly white glove service!”
