“I went to this UPS location to print off an obituary but after trying to print the obituary off from my cellphone it wasn’t working out in my favor. There was a really nice Associate named Vino that helped me correct the obituary that I needed to print off. She was very Kind, Helpful and Patient . I look forward to visiting this particular location again because of the wonderful customer service that I received from Vino.”

“I’m giving the Manager 4 stars. She was polite and had to intervene because Derrick refused to enter the correct address. She corrected everything and made sure my package is going where it should be. Derrick had an attitude and he refused to listen or correct the address again when I called. He was more concerned that he was off work in a few minutes than he was with fixing his”mistake,” Stating ,”it’s too late your package was already picked up!” Meaning your package is going to the wrong address, it’s your fault ,and that’s ok because we close in two minutes. Their entire business is mailing packages. He couldn’t care less if my package arrived at the correct address. Which is his job. That level of disregard and incompetence is not ok when you’re already overpaying to mail a package. If you don’t want to your job then go work somewhere else. I told him the correct zip code multiple times and he still got it wrong. He not only got it wrong he refused to fix it arguing that the computer is changing the city. When he was putting in the wrong zip code. He made the process unpleasant because he was disrespectful and unprofessional! People with that type of disrespectful argumentative attitude have no business dealing with anyones customers! I refuse to return to that store. Mailing a package should never be that aggravating!”
“Super friendly staff. Welcomed me with a smile and make my returning process so easy. I also didn't have one of the boxes for an item, I wanted to return but he seamlessly provided me an envelope to put it away. 100% recommend. I also noticed other people who came to return their things were going away out of the door pretty quickly and seemed happy. I used to go to WholeFoods to return my items and they look like they don’t want to do their job or don’t care and always look unhappy however this guy was welcoming everyone with a smile. Definitely 10/10 and will start going therre.”
“the people that work here are genuinely helpful, i came in once with a super confusing verizon return and didn't have the paperwork i was supposed to have and the person working that day found a workaround within 5 minutes. i also just went in to get a passport photo taken and after they told me they didn't do digital copies the guy offered to just take the picture on my phone free of charge (should've gotten your name, i appreciate you!)”

This was the most amazing staff I’ve ever met operating under the management of a humble,caring,thorough,yet considerate young man by the name of JESSE. He welcomed me and my dissatisfied experience with the IDS building FedEx location he helped me initiate , launch, and complete my business order including my dessert business cards and dessert packaging stickers I was satisfied above and beyond my expectations I noticed that the manager Jesse took the time and effort to do my order personally and he seemed very disappointed that I was treated so rude and disrespectful at the other location. His staff greeted me and had the most amazing energy I’ve ever experienced. Jesse and his staff deserve to be the model store of the whole Fed Ex organisation. When I tell you the IDS building gave me no assistance on there computer to aid me in saving my design template to prevent future the time consuming process of editing and redesigning my dessert business name and all associated information that’s needed to start and complete my order. And I am a recurring customer. I have been doing this order once a month for the last 7 months to no avail they told me they could only save my design if I bought a flash drive and saved it and they could only complete my dessert sticker order if I emailed the template directly to the FedEx office all of these things are untrue and misinformation because when I visited the East Lake street location they saved my template , had me sign a document and it’s secured and ready for repeat orders upon my request they also printed my stickers off on a a sheet that peels much easier 1 sticker adult a time no need for cutting each one individually like the IDS stores stickers are. With all that being said I just want to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to this wonderful staff and awesome FedEx store I encourage all customers to go here versus the very mean spirited seemingly prejudice store manager and oblivious staff who did not have any qualms about being rude and insulting to me..I will never take my business anywhere except The FedEx office on East Lake Street. You Guys ROCK!!!!!!”

“Freight Buddy went above and beyond what I expected! I purchased an antique phone online but the seller wouldn't ship it. Kevin, at Freight Buddy, picked up the telephone, packaged it for shipping, and had it sent from Minnesota to Georgia. He did such a great job packaging it - I think it would have survived a drop of 15,000 feet! Everyone I talked to on the phone was so kind and courteous. I wish their was a Freight Buddy in south Georgia - I would use them for all of my shipping needs. Kevin made me feel more like a friend than a customer! I can't thank them enough!”
“A very helpful employee took my photo for a Passport renewal. Unfortunately, my being bald excludes me from this service in their office. The overhead lights shined on the top of my head to obscure my entire forehead. The only area of the office without overhead lights was adjacent to the windows, where 1/2 of my face was obscured by the shadow. I was politely informed the Passport Office would not accept either photo and I would have to go somewhere else. After a bit of an online search, I found a municipal Passport Office a few miles away. If you're follically challenged, or as I was informed with shiny grey hair; you may want to seek a different concern from the get go.”
“Not sure why this FedEx store has a poor rating. My experience has generally been positive. Usually no wait and the employees are friendly and helpful.
There is plenty of parking with spots in front of the store.
My only recommendation would be for lever/button to open the door automatically when carrying large packages.”

The apartment building mgmt ignored me, the parcel locker company passed the buck and refused to help without building mgmt, so I was out of options.

“I almost don’t want to write this review because selfishly, I never want Hendrick to leave this location. ? But the truth is, people like him deserve to be recognized.
Hendrick is hands down one of the kindest, most helpful, and most genuine managers I’ve ever worked with. Every time I come in, he’s friendly, patient, and willing to help, no matter how busy things are.
What really stands out is that he truly cares. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants customers to have a great experience. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or transactional, Hendrick is the complete opposite.
The moment that really solidified this for me was when I came in with an important print project right as he was getting ready to leave for the day. Most people would have understandably headed home, but instead, he stayed and helped me make sure everything was done correctly. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He was patient, helpful, and genuinely wanted to make sure I left with exactly what I needed.
Quite honestly, Hendrick is the reason I keep coming back to this location. I know that if he’s there, I’m going to be taken care of.

“Yes, this is a mail distribution center but there are times I have to go there a pick up insured packages or certified mail. I have never had any problems getting my packages or certified mail there. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Ring the bell, show them my id, get my package. Its that easy.”
