I brought in my foster dog for a self-serve bath and they saw his itchy skin from neglect from his previous owner and the groomer suggested a shampoo that isn't normally offered through the self serve option, but is through the grooming service. They brought out a bottle especially for him, and I couldn't have been more appreciative. I know that everybody that works at your store loves animals, but it appears they also love making every interaction a great one as well. I bought a five pack of the self-serve washes, a bunch of treats, I will be back again and again.

5103 Gus Young Lane, EdinaI brought my dog in to see Dr Gunderson on a Saturday and she was so kind and knowledgeable. She doesn’t work at this location often (usually in Minnetonka the staff said) but I wish she was at Edina more! She figured out my dog has dry eye when many vets were treating him for an infection that never went away.
Also I don’t know whats wrong with the person who wrote the review with her name but she is not the manager at this establishment. Their manager and medical director are clearly stated on their website and front door.

Their love for dogs and working w families to ensure a happy and well behaved dog is 2nd to none. I had a very unique situation w my dog contracting Giardia and after talking w Kathryn numerous times she told me to test her stool for this and she was right. I would never have known this. I can’t recommend them enough.

3849 Gallagher Drive, EdinaWe had a group of 18 and our server kept up very well. Could have used a few more water carafe than 3.i had an amazing prime rib for the Sunday special at only $27. No one at our table who ordered the prime rib received the au jus, but I honestly didn't miss it.
UPDATE: Came with a group of 7 this time and the au jus was also missing on all of our plates. They promptly brought it when I asked. This time we had 3 water carafe again, but our server kept up with us with no problems.
