“I went to this shop because I had a coupon for a free oil change. Never heard of this place before. I'm used to jiffy lube or the 5 minute places. This shop was so clean and nice! I was worried about having to being my toddler with, but the staff in the lobby were very welcoming to her, even offering her snacks! The service was pretty quick too! The kind staff really helped make a trip with a toddler less stressful, especially as she was wandering around the entire lobby 😂 we will definitely come back for the next oil change!”

“I was originally scheduled to have my clutch repair n 12/01/2025. When I called the following day, Hillcrest had made a mistake on repair date. When they discovered their mistakes the got my truck in the shop immediately and did a great job repairing my clutch and I had my truck the very next day. Hillcrest brake and alignment admitted to the mistake and was very apologetic. They really care about their customers and the quality of their services are highly recommended.”

“Been going to Zaks for about a couple of years now and my choice for them to do my service has only increased. They’re very knowledgeable and skillful mechanics. Above all they’re very pleasant to do business with and will go out of their way to help you. Recently my daughter’s Honda Passport had an interior water leak as a result of a plugged AC drip tube. They got it in the next morning and were also able to squeeze an oil change that day even though they were busy. I refer people to them without any hesitance.”

“They are hands down the best shop I’ve taken my car to. They take their time and make sure things are done properly , and as low cost as possible for us as clients. They had much better quotes compared to other shops and the customer experience was much better than any other shops . I asked a lot of dumb questions and they didn’t treat me as if I was dumb or knew anything less .extremely informative , fast , and easy availability, along with many other things . “Brought my tire in for a valve stem replacement. Got it done in a timely manner and seems to be holding air once again.
I backed up to the shop door (for loading) once I returned to the shop but I decided I was going to put the tire and rim back on right then and there. This due to storm clouds rolling in, in the middle of moving out of an apartment, preserve my spare tire, and simply to not have to move all things a few more times. To my surprise, a Technician came over with; not only a larger Jack, but an Impact Gun and Socket as well. He then proceeds to do the entire installation process for me. Only things these fine folks didn't do was; not charge me, nor drive the car home. All this without being asked. Very grateful, many thanks, and a tip of my hat to the Staff.”

“I was told by a local Dodge Ram dealership that my DPF filter needed to be replaced on my 2017 Dodge Ram EcoDiesel . They wanted $3350 for the repair. I took my truck to Diesel & Import Auto/Truck Service and they were able to get the vehicle to do a manual regen of the DPF system and my truck was good to go for $365! These guys and gals know their stuff!”

“Daughter’s car started losing power driving up Rice Street on her way home from work. Met her and we were able to limp it to the Good Neighbor Automotive parking lot after hours. We filled out the drop off request and put the key in the slot. I called at 7:30 the next morning and they were already working on it. They called back an hour later saying it was fixed! About half what I was expecting to pay. Found my new go to repair shop!”
