I could not be more impressed with the polite, helpful, and patient staff. They found an insurance policy that I had on my phone which saved me $700.00. Never will I forget this superb staff!!

We stopped in to Verizon today. We received great assistance from Stephen. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Going to Verizon has always been a bad experience in the past. This was the best service I’ve ever received from Verizon and it isn’t close.
