Great store. Clean, organized, respectful customers and employees are constantly restocking and rotating product.
This store is significantly out of my way but it will be worth the trip every 2 weeks”
“There's an array of options here. What makes it even better is getting greeted as you walk in the door with a welcoming smile and a genuinely helpful personality! If you're lucky, you'll also score a few innovative food recommendations that pairs well with your oo or balsamic. These guys have been our go to, and we don't even live in the Maple Grove area - worth the trip every time!”
“A little tight for a 53ft trailer and truck with sleeper but it is doable go slow! Arrived at 10:05 started unloading me as soon as I got in the dock now that I've been here I'd come back again BTW use entrance at stop sign if you come here”
“We all know that Costco usually has very competitive prices when it comes to gas. This is a very busy station and sometimes the lot can be full to actually get in to fill your car up.
I see they included some new signage so people know that there are extra long hoses on the gas pumps and that you can fill your vehicle from either side as you park.
They did add an extra stop sign before you get into the gas area. This stop sign has not been there for years, so don't be caught. Unaware that there is a new stop sign.”

“This is a great Pharmacy with great people working here. Excellent customer service and prices are the lowest for my prescription needs. They have great hours and they are always very helpful with questions about your medications or health needs. Each person working at the Prescription pick-up counter are always professional and always greet you with a smile and they all have excellent customer service. Logan, CJ, young man with really nice black hair and glasses and another woman who has strawberry/red hair with glasses, please forgive me for not knowing your names and thank you, you are sincerely appreciated by me. The Pharmacy window and talking to techs and Pharmacist's is the same, they are all outstanding. In my personal opinion Ryan is the best Pharmacist in the world, so professional on the phone and he always gets things done promptly and never breaks a promise on getting your meds!!!! Highly recommend.”

“Would recommend for wedding floral! We worked with Ashley, the floral manager, at the Maple Grove Hy-Vee and couldn’t have been happier. We did bridal bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, center pieces, and large floral displays and they were absolutely perfect. Price was competitive compared to traditional wedding florist. “I came to visit my mom in Minnesota from Canada, and my glasses accidentally broke. I went to the Costco in Maple Grove, and Joe in the optical department was incredibly helpful. He was so nice and polite, and he fixed my glasses.

Reasonably priced and had a super smooth pick up. The 8” cake was nice and tall too! Super pleased with how easy this was.”

“I just wish they put out their produce earlier. I like to get to the store by 9 a.m. but today the Cucumbers were not swapped out and the ones that were out there were disgusting and moldy. That also means that the people picking the orders for drive up or delivery either have to pick moldy food or the person has to go without. They really need to have the produce taken care of much better
*update* today they were out of a lot of products. I was surprised a lot of the produce was picked over and I felt like they were really lacking in a number of items.”

“Friendly staff. Multiple aisles for same type of item, such as chips & other snacks are in 3 different aisles. Makes for good exercise if you're trying to walk as much as possible.”
“My experiences with this Tire Center have been exceptional. Part of that may be due to my time expectations as a customer coming to a very busy location. Had a slow leak and called for appointment same day - it was afternoon. No guarantee but we could stop by. We waited over two hours and the tire was repaired and I was extremely grateful to they worked us in as we were able to make the 30 minute drive home safely. A few days later it seemed my other tire was leaking and as I got the TPMS low pressure warning. First thing in morning I called for appointment. It would be a late afternoon time. Luckily I could drop off my car by 10 am. They called by 11:30 am to say it was done! No leak, which was shock to me, so they checked all tired and filled them up. No charge.
I read a ton of reviews for other businesses that service tires. Seems you can't entrust your car to most busineses which is sad. But I will bring my car to this location even though it is a drive for me and it is busy.
Here is why: 1. All staff have photos posted with their certifications and years of service - very important. I would rather bring my car to a place where professionals work on your tires. 2. $15 to patch a tire is really reasonable - thank you Costco - membership has its perks. 3. Everyone I encountered was very respectful and seemed to care about doing a good job.
Thank you to Carter and others who worked on my car. I appreciate not only what you do but that you do it with integrity.
PS - Costco, please consider having access to the tire center without having to go through the store! And for exiting. You still have to show membership at check in and when paying.”
