Never broke a sweat and remained calm and professional. Impressive. They also checked us out and got me signed up for the rewards program. I feel like this associate went above and beyond, and I love that!”

“Cozy and personal, this bookstore was a delight to go in! Loved the handwritten notes on shelves from customers and staff giving recommendations or thoughts on the books they've read. The lady behind the counter was so thoughtful and kind -- she knew so many of the books by heart and was amazing at helping me find a book to fit my wants. She was also ridiculously sweet to my daughter, who was celebrating her birthday that day!”

From the inviting kids area to the beautifully crafted and themed shelf talkers with blurbs about select titles. I will absolutely be back any time I'm in St Paul.”
