The apartment building mgmt ignored me, the parcel locker company passed the buck and refused to help without building mgmt, so I was out of options.

“This has to be the nicest USPS I've ever seen with engaging, polite employees. The lobby was clean and very well stocked. After using the self-service kiosk I started browsing (who browses in the post office) and the employees engaged in conversation with me and gave me tips for the best packaging for my shipping needs. The people who work at this location should be recognized for the pride their customer service and obvious pride they take in their work.”
“I'm giving a 5 star review because it don't make sense for me to put 1 star because the post office was closed and I didn't have an interaction with no employees but the only thing is it' says is open on Google map till 5pm but the door says closed on Saturday & Sunday please get this updated asap because I wasn't the only one at the location trying to get in”
“Small post office with great service. Two employees working the desk on a Saturday morning with no line when I walked in at noon. The employee checked the delivery window for the different rates, and that saved me $20 (because with a holiday coming up the more expensive option was going to take about as long as the cheaper one). Great service and super convenient!”

“This is the friendliest post office downtown! If you have a letter or package to send and you need a good walk through the skyway during the day make this your destination. It’s fun to find. I’ve never had to wait in line. Clean and welcoming. My favorite days are the ones when I get to go here.”

“Elway post office is the main post office we use. The desk staff is great and genuinely wants to help- they're really patient with me (I'm a headache with all my questions haha). If you want the cheaper way, faster way, have no clue of what way, explanation of international shipping, whatever- they'll help.
This is a fairly busy location so you might bump into a long line. Sometimes it moves quickly, sometimes very slow. Be prepared to wait if you're in line- it's because they're giving the proper patient attention to each customer and they'll give you the same!
You can get the usual shipping/packing material here.
There are PO boxes available in the lobby (separate area from the desk area)- the hours are the same as the desk area (closed on Sunday).
I've never felt unsafe and accessibility is good with a lowered counter available for wheelchairs though most of the counters are too high for my wheelchair. They do need more lowered counter space for wheelchair accessibility.”

“I have gone to this post office twice when I have had trouble with missing packages. I have always been greeted so warmly and had my issues resolved quickly. John at the counter looked for my missing package until he found it and educated me on why it had been held (weather-related issues) - all with a very cheerful attitude. When I need help with the postal service, I will go here first!”
“The line is always super long, I just don't think it's fair Fred is always left alone. He always has a smile on his face and some pep in his step! You can tell he likes his job, yet I do think this place needs some attention.”

“For the most part I really like this post office but the fact they can never take cash because they don’t have exact change drives me absolutely crazy! From what I’ve gathered they start the day with basically no money in the till so if it’s a slow day or even if it wasn’t and most people used cards you are SOL. An organization like the post office should ALWAYS be able to take cash. I understand from working in retail that occasionally weird days can mess up the till but this is a very persistent issue and it is unacceptable.”

This is my second time at this location and really want to show my appreciation for Graham! He is not only helpful but extremely patient, resourceful and addresses all my questions and concerns. Even though he was the only staff working, he is very thoughtful and I can tell the way he speaks to other customers is not rushed at all. Both times I didn’t know what box to use but he kindly found a box for me to use which he didn’t have to but really shows how he went beyond to address my needs. I’m really thankful and honestly never felt so much gratitude for a USPS staff like Graham. Thank you for making my experience so smooth!!”

“After moving back to St. Paul I started using the Concordia Ave Post office. The staff were ALL helpful and wonderful. Sometimes staffing levels were a bit sparse but predicting what customer demand will be at any given time is quite difficult. The staff still roll with it and get the job done!”
“They are great, however, they can't do everything. They can't scan barcodes to return packages, & they can't ship overseas. So you have to go to a different Post Office location to do these things.”
