“This has to be the nicest USPS I've ever seen with engaging, polite employees. The lobby was clean and very well stocked. After using the self-service kiosk I started browsing (who browses in the post office) and the employees engaged in conversation with me and gave me tips for the best packaging for my shipping needs. The people who work at this location should be recognized for the pride their customer service and obvious pride they take in their work.”

“I love this Post Office. It’s a great location, very convenient. It’s on the light rail line. Lots of parking. The building is very nice looking, Easy access.This post office is located in what is called Midway comments. These are a couple of buildings that are used for office and retail space.What’s interesting about them is they were first built in the late 1800s for the Grain King farm implement manufacture. These were a horse drawn wagons. Attached are photos of a few pages of the catalog. Check them out. It’s pretty interesting.”

“Went by on 12/7 to find a package that kept getting sent back to the distribution center. The two men who were working when I came in couldn't of been more helpful and informative. Not only did they locate my package they gave me the info and spoke with the supervisor at the other location to hold it for me and I was able to pick it up. Had my package that was missing from Monday in my hands in about 20 minutes from coming to this location.”

“I was in a long line at the post office but luckily one of the cashiers noticed I had a delivery pick up slip and she redirected me to the "pickup window". This saved me a ton of time because I didn't have to wait in the long line to get to the cashiers. I was first in line at the pickup window. The nice cashier instructed me to push the button to ring the buzzer and sometime would come to help me. You can see this buzzer button in the photo labeled "pickup window". The gentleman who came to assist me with my parcel pick up was extremely helpful, nice & friendly. “There was a customer in front of me that was really upset that he didn’t get his package and the worker was trying to send the customer away and then another postal worker overheard the conversation and found his package. I guess I don’t understand why customer had to raise his voice to be understood. I also don’t understand why one worker knew where the package was and the other didn’t.When it was finally my turn for service, the other gal didn’t have packing tape I could use for the postal box I was using but I was able to purchase package tape. She was kind and made up for engagement I witnessed from the other employees”

“Love this post office all because of the one lighter haired woman who seems to always be working! She always has ideas about how to save money on shipping costs - and despite being the only working (generally with a decent line of folks) she always is kind and has a smile for everyone. I’ve never experienced any issues or abnormally long wait times.”
“Great service, my only suggestion would be to allow more hours during the day to access the PO boxes. Making the PO boxes available at 7am would be very helpful.”
