“Freeway Ford is good at giving needed transportation to and from the dealership and is very comprehensive in detecting and fixing any need that arises. And the Ford warranty is very good coverage. Freeway even offered a car wash but I didn’t need one yet.”

“This place really helped out. I had reservations with a different company, but I mistaking reserved the wrong dates. When I arrived they had no available rentals for that day. I needed to get to Fargo for an important convention for work. i googled car rentals and found Avis and Budget. It was within walking distance from my hotel. Once I walked in, I was greeted immediately by the Manager Felix. Just like the last place he didn't have anything available until later that evening. After sharing my story on what happened, he told me he has vehicle that just came back, but it hadn't been detailed yet. His detailer wasn't slated to come in for another few hours. He actually went in the back and detailed the vehicle himself so that I could make my work function. I'll never forget what he did to help me out. He earned a customer for life.”

“On Nov 2023 upon arrival, I met Mr. Pete when I was looking to select my vehicle. Although you may call him as a senior citizen, but he is not. Because of his enthusiasm in assisting the customer was amazing! He ensured I was happy with my selected vehicle!Upon departure on Dec 1st, 2023, I met Mr. Hamza at around 5.30pm. It was a very long day after my business meetings. “Tyler and Brenna were both friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I received a rental in connection with a State Farm auto insurance claim under my 80/20 rental coverage and made my Enterprise reservation through State Farm's online portal while submitting my claim.
The Uptown Minneapolis location is conveniently located right next door to Master Collision where I was having my car repaired so they work in tandem with the body shop on my timing. I received a call from Tyler to confirm my reservation almost immediately after getting off the phone with the body shop to set up my car drop-off appointment.
The whole process went seamlessly. They just needed a few signatures, my driver's license, and a credit card on file for a (refundable) security deposit and any other charges that would be assessed. All the documentation was paperless and copies were sent to my email.
Due to limited inventory, I was given an Audi Q3 (awesome, by the way) despite my reservation being for an "Intermediate" vehicle described as "Hyundai Elantra or equivalent."
Luckily, Enterprise charged me the lower rate of the two rather than the Luxury rate of the Audi. Score!
Overall, I'd give the experience 4 stars.
Less 1 star simply because I was charged the lower rate only because I called to inquire about it the day after picking up. When it was set up, the system automatically charged the rate of the vehicle that was dispensed, so they were able to override that and make sure I wasnt charged more than I should've been. If only that had happened without my having to highlight it, I would have given 5 stars.”
