It’s been years since I’ve had to take a cold shower. But that’s what I had to do here. Miserable. When I called the front desk at 5 am, I was told they would put in a work order that would be addressed after 8 am.

Staff was nice. Room was dirty. The bed did not have a fitted sheet, only a flat sheet covering the mattress. It was also stained with what I hope was ink. The shower had hair on the walls. Additionally, the water got warm but definitely no where near hot.

No hot water! We let the water run for at least 10 minutes and it never got warm. Carpet in elevator was disgusting. The actual room was was nice, but not able to take a shower with no hot water.
