Could be amazing but needs some investment. no fire in firepit, breakfast is microwave sandwiches...you warm up, no rooftop lounge, ice at front desk only...phones didn't work, doors were tricky. Light switches were 50%. Location is great, staff was courteous. It is just a hotel out of it's prime currently.

Staff is great. The top floor bar is not running but the vibe is good. Walkable to restaurants and a few theaters.
