“I have been going to this Home Depot for two years and have been satisfied after every visit. They have a wide selection of products available and if it is not in store you can have it shipped in. It is also so convenient to set a pick up, where they have everything you need ready for you! I also love the Home Depot website as it tells you which aisle and bay the product was in so I do not have to wander around the store looking for what I need! The staff here have also been super helpful meeting my needs - whether it be to cut wood, find a product, or make a key. They have been very kind and willing to work with me. This store has ample parking and dollie's and carts to help you load your vehicle!”

“I had a fantastic experience here! I originally bought a water filter at Lowe's, but they didn’t even carry the replacement O-ring for the unit they sold me. I stopped into LeVahn Brothers, and an incredibly helpful employee took me straight to the right section. He perfectly matched my O-ring and even applied silicone grease to make sure it fit smoothly. The part worked perfectly! This isn't my first positive experience here. No matter how much you spend, the staff always treats you with total respect and shares their incredible knowledge. Highly recommend supporting this local business!”

“My husband & I shopped at Welna Hardware for ornaments to put on the tree the first year we were married (1970). As I recall, it was Welna Our Own Hardware then, run by Mr. & Mrs. Welna. It was the place we went for hardware & advice (like finding a good repair guy when the second hand refrigerator we’d bought from a store on Franklin Ave. was dying.) The kind of place that helped a new-to-the-city young bride feel at home in Minneapolis.
It’s been many years since we lived in Minneapolis, though we still have one/two of the ornaments. When I stumbled across this listing today, I was delighted to see the store continues as a community institution.”

“I’ve been to Kuipers Ace Hardware loads of times, and they’ve always been helpful. Everybody there is friendly, knows their stuff, and is happy to answer questions.
The thing I appreciate most is they’ll actually help you figure something out. I’ve gone in there more than once trying to jury-rig something, and instead of just saying, “We don’t have that,” they’ll help me find a few parts that make it work. They’ve gone above and beyond many times.
It’s the first place I go when I need something, instead of the big box stores. The folks there know what they’re talking about, and I usually walk out with exactly what I needed. If I don't, it probably doesn’t exist. Thanks!”

“The staff here are extremely knowledgable and helpful! Especially if youre getting into a new category of wood craft. They are willing to spend time with you to walk you through just about anything. Worth the visit and hard to walk out of there without buying beautiful wood you couldn't seem to walk out of there without...LOL!”
“This is the best hardware store I've had the pleasure of shopping at. The employees always know exactly where to find what I need, they are always attentive, and theres always someone on staff who can answer questions when I am not certain what I need. Every once and awhile when I'm in a pinch I'll just show up with a description of the problem and ask if they have anything that could help and I've only struck out once with a pretty niche challenge. I've lived nearby for a few years and consider this hardware store a notable perk of the neighborhood.

“This is a neighborhood hardware store in Hopkins. Today I visited with a couple specific things I needed for a project I was working on. I wandered around just a few minutes and a sales person came to my assistance. He listened and walked me to the exact location of the item I was looking for! A few minutes I'm sure he came to check on me and helped me again. Super customer service in this day and age when the norm is do it yourself.”
“A truly amazing decking supply retailer. Dale took the time to fully understand my front porch stair railing project and helped me understand exactly what I needed to get the job done the right way. Specifically, I thought I needed to buy an entirely different railing system when in fact all I needed were the swivel brackets to accommodate the uncommon low pitch (degree) angle of my front steps. Pro Deck Supply lost a few bucks as a result of Dale's honesty -- he could have simply allowed my order for unnecessary stuff go through. Instead he made me aware of a better and less costly solution, but he guaranteed our return business when we replace our back stoop with an elaborate deck. The Golden Rule. Today's ray of hope. Reaffirmation of faith in humanity. Okay, I'll stop... You can trust this company.”

“I had two Pond Company guys out to Spring clean my pond today and am thrilled with their work. I have a natural pond wih a recirculating pump and an extensive bog rather than a filter and skimmer. Specifically, they back flushed the bog through it's centepede plumbing under the bog plantings and dislodged years worth of debri clogging it. The bog is flowing and cleaning better than ever and ready for some more plants. They took good care of my fish while they cleaned and left everything in great shape. I'll definitely have them back.”
