“Very much surprised when I walked in the store and there was so much space, so many items. Little bit of everything here. Very clean and organized store.Bonus is that they have cats laying around waiting for you to pet them and give them some love.”
“**Update:The manager Angie called me up and was very apologetic and friendly. A company who is willing to actually follow through and see why their customers are upset that’s pretty rare and awesome. She explained why their system did what it did and they’re working on it. Here’s your five stars back. **I’ve been to the store many times and I like it a lot.However I placed a large-ish delivery for the next day. 20’ flats that I didn’t have a trailer for. I got the order in before 2pm etc. a couple minutes later I get a confirmation email that says it will be a week later. I call them up they say they can still deliver the next day but the fee will be $150. Ok fine - paid it.They call me say they only have 25 and I needed 35 but they’ll deliver them for free when the additional 10 get in and said they would reverse my $150 deliver charge because it was their fault. Sweet!Here’s where I decided to leave a review.* They call again- and said they can’t deliver until 4 days from now.* if I want it tomorrow it will be $300.* and it will only be 25 of the 35 I needed.So my project was completely hosed.I just cancelled my order and I’ll try elsewhere. Be careful when you order on their website because their inventory is not live and you won’t find out until you call them.”
“Pretty good selection of everything I needed that day. However, 5 stars for the friendly, helpful staff. One of the employees (may have been newer) went to get a second opinion from another when he wasn't sure what to suggest for my request. A quick and pleasant conversation discussing my options made me glad I'd stopped here instead of driving out to wander the aisles of a big chain store.”

“Awesome, friendly people here. My husband rents tools here often for home projects. They have a free section outside their door, at least on 9/13/23, they did. And they have several things for sale in the entrance too! I told my husband to buy anything he wanted - he did! The only thing I would recommend, to be changed, is to make the signage - BIGGER -... The first picture (hopefully the way Google portrays them, it'll be my first picture,) shows how small the Tool Library sign is. That'd be my only suggestion! Great parking available, many entrances available too! Check their website for varying hours!”

“Really great local hardware store. Love that they've stayed in the area and hope they continue to be in the community. Customer service is good, prices are good, and they have specialty services I didn't even know existed.Needed to get 15 different storm windows built to fit in the frames missing windows. Was able to bring in the frames or existing windows that were an exact match to what I needed and they got it done quick and at a good price. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!”

“Family-owned and operated and going 70 years strong. There is a reason for that, because they treat their customers like family. It hurts me to know that they suffer from rampant theft and the drug-addicted take over of the area. Thanks to their crazy city council that doesn't protect the people, and leaves an entire police precinct abandoned. I love places like this. Keep up the great work, keep up the awareness. And hopefully locals will come around and vote sanity back into this neighborhood and great city.”

Give this local place your money vs any big box store. They are so customer service forward, they'll help you find whatever you need and offer their knowledge if you need it. Kudos!”
“Agree whole heartedly with other positive reviews. Their showroom is great with several brands to see. Pro Deck Supply was prompt in their communication, provided good advice and was responsive to questions. They inspected our decking and did not not send it out if there were flaws. The big box stores will not do this. We would recommend using them to our friends.”

“Great guys here and where I source my CO2 for my Sodastream. I get the 20lb tanks which last a year or so. You need a good adapter (don't get cheap paint all gun housing ones they smell and taste awful and rupture)”
“I needed an odd-looking part to fix a wheel for an uncommon cart. Simple but not something available just anywhere let alone recognized by just anyone. Ace Hardware was recommended as the place to go - it totally was! Experience and a willingness to spend the time to find the little part, to fit it to my cart, and send me on my way - all for a 33-cent sale. Local ownership, personal attention, and a desire to serve! Now my go-to and my recommendation. 100% satisfied!”

We love going here and they ALWAYS have deals so def check coupons and deals online bc most likely you can save a few bucks with one or both of those options. Every one I have been to, I can’t spend less than an hour there.. so much stuff, awesome prices!”
“This is my go to store for wood working tools and assistance. They have very knowledgeable staff persons with deep experience they willingly share. Woodcraft has some of their own branded products that are focused on quality rather than proprietary lock in like some places. They also offer great woodworking classes.”

“Walked in with a nondescript faucet part I needed to replace, after another store didn’t have it. The guy at the counter knew the brand and part right away and then suggested an additional part I might need, which ended up being the case. Love these smaller shops with experts who can get it right for you the first time!”

“Nice home Ace. I used just about every home Ace in the west metro. Never have had a problem. Easy to get to, employees are nice. Never had problems. I use the Ace for all my needs. They've never been out of stock anytime I've ever been there or needed anything. Which is very important as a contractor. I just never know when i'll have to stop in and grab someone. I can usually get in and out in 5 min which is important to me(even though I wanna look around longer). Plain and simple great place to shop. “I have been going to this Home Depot for two years and have been satisfied after every visit. They have a wide selection of products available and if it is not in store you can have it shipped in. It is also so convenient to set a pick up, where they have everything you need ready for you! I also love the Home Depot website as it tells you which aisle and bay the product was in so I do not have to wander around the store looking for what I need! The staff here have also been super helpful meeting my needs - whether it be to cut wood, find a product, or make a key. They have been very kind and willing to work with me. This store has ample parking and dollie's and carts to help you load your vehicle!”
