Linda was extremely helpful in proving all the information I needed to feel comfortable about what I was feeding my fur babies. $70 of stuff actually got much better stuff than you would get at a petco or a petsmart. All the staff there is beyond friendly. This will now be my normal pet store!

I am updating my post to say that I will no longer shop at this store. I just heard on the crime page that there were people oding in the bathroom. I was not allowed to use the bathroom as a paying customer. I had to go to Cub foods. But yet they let homeless people use the bathroom to do drugs in. I will shop at other locations but stay far away from this one. I hate not being able to support businesses in my city but if they allow homeless people to use the bathrooms for drugs why can't paying customers use them?

Foxy Dogs blew my expectations out of the water. It has been a few days since their grooming, and my dogs are still softer than ever before and smell heavenly! To say nothing of the exceptional cut they received. Gizmo didn't want to leave when it came time to go - I think that reflects how well they are treated! Then a couple weeks ago I brought one of my other dogs Klein in for a second opinion on what has been making him sick since September. They were very determined to help figure out what was wrong. We didn't get the chance to complete his workup before he passed. So when they found out they were very sympathetic for what I had gone through once again. I couldn't thank them enough for being there through both my rainbow dogs.

Everyone who works there truly wants the best for my pets and I have been so grateful for their thoughtfulness, particularly when my previous dog was going through her final days after a cancer diagnosis. They helped her stay as comfortable as possible and stayed in touch with me throughout that difficult time. I just brought my current dog in for vaccines and everyone treated him like he was a star. There is a calm vibe to the office and both of my dogs have felt comfortable while there. Thank you to everyone at Pet Doctors!

The Minnehaha Team has been there through every moment of my childhood pets, and now they support me as I care for my very own cat and dog with confidence and independence.
Over the years, I’ve built incredible trust with the front desk staff, the assistants, and the doctors. They’ve treated our pets like family and they’ve treated us like family too. We particularly have a great bond with Bobbie and Dr. Soule.
We feel like the staff has always shown up with compassion, professionalism, and absolute genuine care. They LOVE our dog Marzipan, everyone genuilnly greats her and hopes she's doing well. Even new empoleeyes we meet fall in love with her and it's very hearwarming.
I honestly can’t believe I haven’t written this review until now! I feel awful since they’ve earned it a hundred times over. If you’re looking for a vet who will walk alongside you through the joys and heartbreaks of pet ownership, this is the place. Something I really also value, though, is how willing and quick Kenwood vets are to be part of a more integrated approach to a problem involving specialists or urgent care external to the clinic. They are always interested in and invested in the best outcome for our pets and that is deeply appreciated. On this occasion, they gently guided our Greyhound mix through x-rays for an upcoming visit to a rehab clinic and affirmed the preliminary injury diagnosis given by an Urgent Care vet. I value my relationship with all of the vets and staff at Kenwood.

Dr. Burk was compassionate, non-judgmental, and exceptionally knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. She truly cares from the perspective of a pet parent, taking the time to explain every option clearly including treatment plans and costs so we could make informed decisions and decide best course for our family. She checks in often and is always open to questions or concerns, which made an incredibly difficult time feel much more manageable.
Over the years, I’ve had pets with complex medical needs, including a cat with early kidney failure and another with severe heart complications and frostbite (stray) and I have worked with many veterinarians. I can honestly say I have never experienced a more caring, supportive, and dedicated vet.

I can't believe it -- our 5yo girl is/was stubborn, feisty, and ornery. She was crazy independent and had zero recall. Within just a few days she seems mellower, more attentive and she seems like she's genuinely trying to do what we tell her to do. We have a lot of hard work ahead but it's been really rewarding so far and I can see that if we stay committed she will, even at 5 years old, have a much happier life. Thank you Charlie for all the outstanding advice and for taking the time we needed during the call to answer questions and make sure we understood the task at hand!

3054 Excelsior Blvd, MinneapolisI have two dogs, a maremma sheepdog blue heeler mix and a husky German Shepard mix. Both are long coat dogs. I had them in for boarding for one night and grooming. The groomer (I forget his name) did an amazing job. They were a lot of work because of the shedding and matting. My dogs are country dogs who live outside so they get into all sorts of dirt and what not. I highly recommend this place. They were very understanding and went above and beyond for my two girls!

My dogs had been in the country for 6 years (one of which can be reactive) and not socialized. I was anxious to move back to the cities and how they would react to all the other dogs. 2801 Hennepin Ave #256, MinneapolisBreen from Dog City started walking my first dog, a mini Schnoodle, on weekdays starting Jan 2011. I added another Schnoodle puppy fall 2012. Both dogs adore him and sit by the door waiting for him to arrive (at least they do when I'm working at home). Breen is very professional and extremely reliable. He hasn't missed a single day these two years that I didn't know about well in advance (the occasional holiday). His fee is very reasonable. He's good about not staying out too long if it's very cold or hot out and only billing for the shorter time. Highly recommended! Update: It's been 10 years now and the dogs still get walked by Dog City four times a week. Still highly recommended!

We used him years ago with our first dog and are now on our second round with our new puppy. He was flexible with us when she had her spay surgery and even assisted with administering meds when needed and reached out to check on her post-surgery. He has been a great resource for tips & training too. He’s dependable, timely and very professional. When we work from home, he‘s quick to know when we are on a zoom call and can’t talk or can’t have background noise. You and your dogs will be happy working with him.

They don't have a kitchen, but they have a food truck outside the main entrance.
They sometimes have events, like an outdoor band in the summer.
Absolutely check them out!
