They did text and arrived when they said they would. I was worried that arriving late meant they might try and rush things.
The previous groomer I had claimed he didn’t mind getting his nails cut and the whole process would take 5-7 minutes. They also barely cut them and I constantly had to take him in.
I ordered nail trim, nail buff, and ear cleaning. The service took about 20-25 minutes and when I asked how he did, they laughed and admitted that he hated it, fought them and squirmed around the whole time.
Luckily he’s a smallish Frenchie so he was no real match for the two technicians. I appreciated the honesty but more than that I REALLY appreciated the fact that they got through the process and finished the job despite what a pain in the butt he was. They didn’t give up at the first sign of resistance.
I know they didn’t give a good job because I have hardwood floors and the clickety clacking is gone. With the previous groomer I could still hear his nails on the floor afterwards
He also came in the house and immediately crashed afterwards having put up such a brilliant if futile effort of puppy powered resistance!
AND they came to the house to do it for about the same price as previous groomer. So convenient!
Will be using Pet Evolution Nail Van exclusively from now on and would recommend.

They all take the time to understand my dog and tailor the training to his needs — even with my off-breed agility dog, they meet him exactly where he’s at.

Sat outside on the covered patio and had a great time! Love the location as it's in St Louis Park! So convenient!

The cake was a tiny bit dry but nothing bad. Salad includes chicken. There were a couple pieces of grissle but small. Kyle, bartender and table server for the bar area, was awesome. Nice ambiance. Casual plus! Would definitely repeat and recommend. Look forward to trying Happy Hour. Maybe weekend Brunch.
