“There are plenty of places to store your stuff in this city—it can be difficult to differentiate. But when a place provides a free lock AND a free moving truck—hard to call that place the same as all the others. Those two little perks got me in the door, and Pat definitely made me confident that I had picked the right storage facility. He was professional enough to show me the two units I was waffling between and even remembered my name in passing when I saw him a couple days later—it's a small thing, but big in my book.
The Lock Up is definitely where you want to put that extra stuff you just can't quite part with—temperature controlled, great perks, and amazingly friendly staff.”

“Best storage facility ever. I've used some storage facilities that are creepy. This place is great. No chance of anyone creeping around or seeing evidence that someone is living in their storage unit. It's less convenient, because staff has to be there to let you in, but worth it for the safety.”

“The Acorn facility was clean when I moved in, and I got a unit big enough for my needs. They communicate well about insurance updates and price changes. It’s easy to pay my bill (I use autopay). The only reason I didn’t rate them at 5 stars is the price of my unit has gone up several times a year in recent years, coming close to pricing me out.”

Jessica's incredible service resulted in me not being charged for my own mistake. I regret not being able to rent here due to the location, cleanliness, and service. I hope in the future the window of access hours will be expanded. Regardless, you will be in excellent hands should you be lucky enough to rent a space with Jessica's support.”
