My rear derailleur stopped working. REI Bike Repair team dug into it and fixed it overnight. Just needed a new cable and a few adjustments. Works great! The fact that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything made the experience extra special. Thanks REI!”

I will say the steps up to the top floor are horrendous, and the elevator on the bottom floor is hiding in the SW corner, while I couldn't even find where it comes out on the second floor to use. No signage I could see. Big problem for us with a limp.”
