The driver of vehicle 35 , was rude and hard to understand but I did my best to work with him. And when I couldn’t understand what he was asking he rudely said to me “do you even understand English”. That’s not ok, and unprofessional.

Horrendous, driving and lack of safety is a serious concern with this company. Speeding through a super market parking lot is not a good quality of a transportation company

With taking care of my Elderly disabled Father and him having many doctors appointments, the Transit Services works great for us. It's convenient and I love it. We're in and out of the Doctors office and back home relaxing. 5 stars for the #dispatchers and #drivers. Keep up the good work.
