We took our new puppy here during the pandemic and they did everything they could to make it a good experience with curbside service. All the techs LOVED our puppy and it was awesome to hear them gush about how good he was and how they can't wait to see him again. The vets that we talked to were all knowledgeable, professional, and always answered any questions we had about our puppy. They always let us know exactly what they are going to do that day. The price for all services was reasonable as well. Definitely going to make this our regular vet!
Edit: Fast forward 4 years and we still love it! Still the same great and friendly service, still the same atmosphere and love. Will continue to go here forever!”

“I cannot say enough nice things about this vet! I moved to the twin cities area and spent the longest time trying to find a vet for my cat but so many clinics made it so difficult to accept new patients and turned me away, that I had pretty much given up and resorted to treating my cats discomfort through whatever I could find on chewy.
On a whim one day I looked again and found this amazing clinic. I called on a Wednesday and got an appt for that Friday. My cat was obviously terrified and I prepared for the chaos of a waiting room with my crying cat and barking dogs, and was instead immediately met by the friendliest front desk staff who took me to a room to check in to avoid any drama.
The vet tech and vet were so kind as I explained what was going on with my cat. They weren’t judgmental as I explained that I couldn’t get her in for a long time, and were so gentle when they took Stevie to the back. Even through the door I could hear them talking to her in soothing tones and keeping her calm.
They immediately helped and my cat is no longer feeling discomfort and it is because of how incredible this team was and I am so grateful! I have such peace of mind knowing that there is somewhere I can confidently take my furry family members where they will be treated with love!”
“So glad I Decided to bring my cat here, she had been having appetite problems and they found the issue so quickly! The staff are super nice and you can tell they all cared for pets in need, cuddling my cat when they brought her back. She ended up having a dental with some teeth extracted and the surgery went super well with the Vet calling me to update and the staff being extremely informative about her after care. She even ended up having a small accident before coming home with me and they cleaned her right up, I'm so grateful! I really love the fact that they have separate sides for cats and dogs for comfort, super clean office and fair prices. Glad to have a veterinary office I know I can rely on!”
“I have 3 cats that are seen by the staff at Woodbury Animal Hospital. One of them is very aggressive. The vet who did her exam and shots (Dr. Annelise) was so kind and understanding even when my cat came within a millimeter of biting her! She didn’t say that my cat was a bad cat or that she wouldn’t see her again, she merely suggested that we may want to look into sedating her for the next visit to make the visit more pleasant for everyone (including my cat). I have had numerous good experiences here, this is just one example. I’ll definitely be a client for life!”

“Cannot recommend Millhouse Vet enough. After struggling to find a clinic that actually cares about their clients for a week with a sick horse, he and his staff were truly a breath of fresh air.Dr. Millhouse has excellent communication skills—which some vets are severely lacking. He spent extra time explaining to me what was going on with my horse and told me all the options we have and what next steps we could take. He also took the time to personally call me and explain my horse’s test results (which he ran himself). He is amazing at what he does, with so much experience and passion for his work. 2 days after Dr. Millhouse’s care my horse is already feeling better, which for horse people is the biggest sigh of relief.Now his staff; truly the kindest person ever. She even pushed back another appointment so I could have my horse seen asap.I will definitely be using Millhouse going forward.”

“We are long-time clients of St. Paul Pet Hospital. This morning I found my dog looking guilty and acting very strange (coughing, choking, hacking) and I saw that she got into a sewing kit. I brought her to an emergency vet who advised the problem was kennel cough. St. Paul Pet Hospital was consistently on the phone with me trying to find time to get my dog in for a follow up. The symptoms worsened and I said "She is drooling blood." They made space immediately, got her in, and pulled a sewing needle out of her throat. We never doubt the care we receive here, and this is yet another of many reasons why.”
