“We have been using Blue Horizon for several years at the Saint Paul Yacht Club. We have about 180 users on the system, and have experienced very few problems. They are very responsive to calls, and nearly always respond to voicemail questions within an hour. Any issues are resolved quickly, usually within 12 hours, and in most cases are handled remotely. Our previous provider would take days to respond or even answer a phone call or voicemail message.”

“Steve and his crew were fantastic, the previous crew that came to bury my neighbor's fiber line cut mine and Steve found the problem quickly and got the splicer guy to come out the same day to splice and get me up and running. Very personable and did his job professionally with the utmost care and consideration and respect for my property. The rest of his crew was also very friendly and professional, they took great care not to damage our neighbor's fiber line and hand dug 10 feet in the hard soil. Would have this crew come back anytime I need work done!!!”
“Had a great experience adding a new line to my account and troubleshooting my tablet data connection. Going in-person to a store was actually helpful. Falaq and Travis took good care of us. We got a new SIM card to put in a phone we brought and Travis was able to find out we had a bad SIM card in the tablet, which was why it wasn't connecting. They had a lot of people coming in after work and each of the guys were super polite and did their best to address the issues the clients were having. I know it can be stressful, as I watched many clients grumble and share their disappointment with what they were experiencing and Falaq and Travis kept their spirits up, setting the tone for helping the customer, and didn't get sucked into the drama of the problem. I thought that was amazing, since everyone who walks in the door basically had a big phone issue going on and didn't know how to solve it. It takes a lot of patience and people skills to do what they do and they did a great job. Thanks!”
