“The BEST shoe store in Woodbury! All the employees are kind, helpful and very efficient. It is a busy store, but they really take their time helping each customer and you don't feel rushed. They are very good at multitasking, and always communicate that to you so you never feel abandoned.
The mentoring /training they have upon hire appears to be exceptional. The employees work so well together and really promote teamwork.
Ben has helped us several times and to say he is the BEST is an understatement. All the employees are excellent but he really goes above and beyond to help you find the right shoe.

Famous Footware does have limited options in store, but on line has just as many as dsw at a more affordable price. And FAST free shipping. No fake flaky attitude, got the right size, delivery to my house 3 times faster than dsw's shipping, and paid LESS!”

“Staff can be hit or miss, but has good deals and a good variety for the size of the store. The sales floor an be messy at times, but its worth looking around for good shoes for a good price. I got a pair of non slip memory foam shoes for $40 and they lasted for 18 months, the longest I've had a pair last while working 40 hours a week constantly on my feet.”
