“Nick was very impressive in his customer service skills. He was very personable and skillfully handled multiple clients in the store at once. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find shoes and insoles that fit my needs for wide feet, high arches, and 12h shifts in the ER. Would 100% go back to have him help me find my next pair.”
“Needed to get my boots repaired for work per my manager before I could continue working due to company policy as my BOA lace assembly had broken the cable. The staff initially requested a full day which I didn’t have. They understood and said give them a chance to look and if they can they’ll try to have it done in an hour (this can depend on how busy is the store and also I learned it’s because some boots are so full of debris that it can take a while to clean them before they can get the new wires installed. Fortunately mine were clean though overall and within about 20 minutes it was fixed! Thanks for not trying to force me to leave the boots as I couldn’t do that and for ultimately trying to take care of the customer and providing top notch service! Absolutely recommend not only their products but their customer service as well!”

“I visited Loft today and was assisted by a lady name Sue. She was fantastic. As soon as she saw items in my hand, she got a fitting room and brought them back for me. She checked in on me multiple times, bringing the items back to the room so my hands were not full. When I walked back to my room, she opened my door for me and I saw how nicely she had arranged my items. She gave recommendations, helped me find new sizes and informed me about online options as well. Sue is amazing!”

“To be honest my perception of Nordstrom from viewing on the website was I'm going to the land of Oz, so my expectations were extremely high, I thought it was going to be the ultimate shopping experience with thousands of boots and shoes to choose from, well they do have an assortment of footwear, just not what I pictured, you can order from the Internet and have them shipped to the store, but over all the store is nice, people are nice, so yeah good store ?????”

“Mt review is long overdue since I have been shopping in-store for many years with great satisfaction. The fashion-forward, sophisticated, art-inspired and unique designs by designers less-familiar to local shoppers, guarantee the wearer will present herself with her own individual style. Marina and her staff are creative and always helpful without being intrusive or "pushy". The jewelry and shoe collections are wonderful as well. Don't let the downtown location keep you away; it's definitely worth the trip. A devoted Atelier957 fan!”

“Went shoe shopping with dad today couldn't find any at the mall ended up at encode across the street from the mall about 1:00 p.m. didn't get the lady's name but oh my gosh was she ever helpful and willing to help us beyond what u can get at any footlocker now a days the selection was huge they moved 2 months ago by mickey D's, Burlington. I recommend the shoe store name brands and all socks, backpacks etc. I definitely will be stopping there first for me. I'm my grandson, 10 stars.

“Came here about a week ago! Love this store , staff is very respectful, helpful and professional. Although while I was there, one co worker, I believe her name is Nyla, was rude, on her phone, unwelcoming and talking very loudly about other co workers VERY personal issues. I think it's very unprofessional to gossip (especially about what she was talking about) very loudly for costumers to hear. Let alone in general. It made the shopping experience uncomfortable. However, Uzi, Shain and Jessica all did tremendously at changing that uncomfortable experience to a positive shopping environment, costumer service, keeping the store clean, and making my day while helping me choose a new pair of shoes!”
