“I went to store to pick up cardboard sleeves to ship my knives to get sharpened, after Manager Bob gave me the sleeves, he informed me that if I brought the knives in he would send the knives in saving me the cost and trouble of having to pack and ship.Anyway I was also eyeing up the steak knives, he saw and let let me know if you buy three, the forth is free, wife always wanted these so got a set of 4 for a great price.That same day brought in my old knives and Bob took care of sending in and getting factory sharpened.Super nice guy and Fantastic Service. Thanks Bob.”

“We found this place on accident several years ago and absolutely love it. Compared to other salvage stores in the cities and facebook marketplace (people your stuff isn't worth that much) the prices are reasonable. We have purchased items to be delivered and items we took home. Every time we had a great experience. Professional, polite and friendly. Somehow we always pick the the coldest day of the year to go and still will spend hours going through everything.
The older gentlemen (the uncle?) was my favorite. I was sorry to hear he passed.”

The gentleman behind the counter new exactly what kind of old faucet I had as soon as he saw the stem. Produced a replacement in a matter of minutes, I left I with exactly what I needed even though I didn't know what kind of faucet I had to begin with. Now I know where to go in fifty years when the faucet fails again.”

I ended up driving around a bit and eventually found some directional signage. Once I arrived at the right place (top level of ramp), the process was quick and seamless.”
